Louise Mokrzycki

Dog Training & Behavioural Therapist for Leicester

Louise Mokrzycki, Dog Obedience Trainer & Behavioural Therapist for Leicester

Hello, I’m Louise, your local Bark Busters Behavioural Therapist and Trainer.

Having grown up around dogs, working at my local boarding and breeding kennels, I have many years of experience in dog handling with a wide variety of breeds and ages.

Does your dog eat poo, bark at anything and everything, rip up the post, dig your garden, empty the bin, steal, pull on the lead, have selective hearing…..? Then you have found the solution.

My first dog was a Border Terrier, good as gold, yet full of character. A total contrast to my next dog ownership adventure - a pair of rogue German Shepherds. My patience was tested to the limit and my house resembled a war zone for the first few years. The garden was transformed into a mud bath and walking was a constant battle. I could not understand why they caused such havoc and expense when I loved them so much.

I was at a total loss, the advice I received from various people didn’t fix the problems when we got home and when I took them to classes they behaved like angels. How I wish that Bark Busters had been in the UK at the time and we could all have lived a far less stressful life.

When I contacted Bark Busters I was amazed to find that the easy method of training achieved such fantastic results, so quickly and kindly, just like they said on the Internet! My current dog has grown up to be an even tempered, calm dog – a joy to own.

I know what you are going through when I am called in to help you with your dog or dogs, having experienced it myself. It is very rewarding to see dogs responding to their owners and owners enjoying their dogs. Your dog will respond so much better in your home environment and the training is geared to fix your individual needs, specifically to suit your dog’s personality.

It is never too early or too late to train your dog. All dogs deserve a chance to learn and be happy. You may just like to add to the knowledge you already have or want to avoid any unwanted behaviour developing in your dog. What ever your reasons, give me a call - I look forward to helping you.

Terriers are often little characters and this one was no exception. He responded quickly to the owner once she communicated in a way he understood. Now we are able to continue to build on our training stopping the dog aggression.

Very pleased with the initial help and advice re diet and behaviour - noticed a change in her attention, already not so much of a handful on lead - would certainly recommend bark busters!

It was vital that this lovely big Great Dane was under control on a lead. She responded very well to the training and is no longer lunging towards people.
