I live in South Manchester, Cheshire and have 2 dogs. A Cocker Spaniel called Monty and a rescued crossbreed called Tiz. Tiz lasted 12 hours in her previously adopted home before being returned to the shelter because her new owners could not cope with her. My Staffy cross was a rescue and I was on the verge of re-homing him again. Prior to Richard's arrival I had concerns about value that I would get. Richard was excellent. We were amazed at how much he managed to achieve with our dog, Roxy...a hyperactive Border Collie. He gave us lots of good advice not only about the problems we were having but also good information about the importance of diet. He helped us understand our role as owners and helped us with the correct approach needed to help our dog to understand what what was expected of her. Definately money well spent!!

My family and I have seen a marked improvement in our 2 German Shepherds. As the older is 7 years old, I had previously been told by so called "experts" and trainers that she was too old. She is better behaved now than ever!!
