I was absolutely amazed at the results we got in such a short space of time. I had believed the problem may have been unresolveable and that Luke (our Staffie) may have had to leave the family home, but the session was like a miracle and fantastic for us all.

Luke is a 7 month old male Staffordshire Bull Terrier, and a wonderful example of a loyal family dog, dedicated to his own pack. Prior to the training session, Luke had unwittingly been promoted to leader of the pack, and in a state of confusion was reprimanding the human beings in the pack in an aggressive way. After re-aligning pack order, Luke is now focused, attentive, walking perfectly to heel and now dedicated to his master and lovingly devoted to the well-being of his whole family.

Richard taught us techniques to keep under control Oscars aggression and dominance. We have all put it into practice and as a result have a far better behaved dog. As a family we all feel it was money well spent.

Our Therapist Diane (Griffiths) was fantastic. Firm, fair and very professional. We felt immediate relief in getting help with Bonnie's barking - instant improvement. We can now watch programmes with horses and dogs/animals in.

Tina was patient and clear in her suggestions. Maddie had pulled on the lead for 4 years and it took about 5-10 minutes for her to walk beside me.

Maddie is a "rescue" and has settled in well in her new home. However, she needed to be shown a new way to behave on lead and to trust and believe in her new owners as strong pack leaders. She is now well on the way to becoming a well adjusted member of the family.

Techniques used had an almost immediate positive effect on Murphy making him a calmer quieter and less anxious dog but without losing his personality
