Where to start - on Monday we met St Andy, the patron saint of peace! Within 10 minutes we had a calm dog - within the three hour session we had a calm family. A simple easy technique we can all follow. We now have a dog who does not feel he is protecting us all. Happy dog - Happy me. Thank you.

The session was very well structured and I was amazed at how fast the time went. Liz managed to organise the training so we were utterly absorbed in the work. I couldn't believe how straight forward it is , but realise we have to maintain the consistancy in how we treat our dog.

Great results from day one. Taking notice of me, ignoring door bell, not barking at strangers coming in the house. I am now able to brush without being attacked. Not attempted to trim claws yet. Snoopy our 16mth old Chihuahua is a very different dog, calmer, happier.

Steve helped us view our dog in a different way. He helped us with our approach to him along with training techniques that are improving his behaviour. We still have work to do but Steve is always at the end of the phone and visits to continue to help us.

Liz was excellent! very friendly and extremely knowledgable. Poor Harley has lost his leadership status in our house as a result of her assistance but we can all see the benefits straight away!

Although at first my husband and I were dubious about the techniques used, we soon found that they worked! After the first session you could see a marked improvement in the dogs' behaviour. They are much calmer when walking on a lead and even if we do experience problems, we know the first signs and the techniques to stop them before they escalate and indeed we can prevent them from being a problem in the future.

I will continue to use all the techniques taught and I know that they will help me in securing two happy obedient dogs. Many thanks Fran, I am now the leader of the pack!
