Fran was very good. She was here for three hours going through everything with us before showing us what to do. After just one visit I have not been bitten/mouthed in two weeks! I cannot thank Fran enough. there is still a long way to go but I am sure we will get there with Fran's help. I think we have made every animal noise under the sun to say 'Bah'. It may sound funny but it does work!

This large puppy was over exuberant and challenging his owner to the point of frustration . However, he wanted to learn and settled down pretty quickly once Mrs T used the training system with confidence and followed through with the reinforcement of the exercises given. Mrs T really enjoys the fact that her puppy is enjoying the training. I am looking forward to the follow-up sessions to see the improvement this puppy and owner will make!

  • Sibling Rivalry - aggression or fighting between dogs in the same household
  • Separation Anxiety

My two dogs fought on Xmas day and they had never done that before. They are brothers and had been suffering from separation anxiety. After the fight we had to keep them apart which was very hard. I phoned Bark Busters and Fran came to visit over the xmas holidays and once in the bad weather. She was brilliant! We had 2 visits and what she taught us was priceless! My boys are back together happy and playful like they were before. They sleep in separate crates at night. When I go out they don\\\'t howl like they used to when I leave the house. Their behaviour is much better. Thanks, Fran.

We are impressed by the time & effort that Fran has put in to help us address the problems with our dog.

Ongoing time on our part will need to be put in to get more progress but we are pleased with the improvement so far.

The therapist was easy to work with. We found the training really helpful and easy to do. We were amazed at how quickly our dog responded to the techniques we were shown.

This dog was suffering from extreme nervousness and avoidance of people: JW says: I had my doubts if the training would work. I am delighted to say that Jay's improvement has come on leaps and bounds. A big thank you to Fran, who's know-how certainly did the trick

J&AW, Seaham co. Durham

The first time I met Jay (a rescue dog) he was very afraid and avoided me and even took off when his owner tried to call him to us. He did the typical thing a nervous dog does, he ran under a bed.Jay was nervous outside and wouldn't walk or come back to Jw in the house. Since the first visit JW worked tirelessly with Jay to make him more comfortable with family and friends. On my third visit I was absolutely blown away as Jay actually came to the door and stayed behind JW then actually came up to me and sniffed me. It just shows that those clients who are consistent with practising the exercises given will obtain the results!! Well done JW!

Very pleased with Fran, especially the suggestion on diet which had made a big difference in Misty's behaviour. Received excellent advice on how to start our change in behaviour and look forward to continuing receiving more help on the more challenging behaviour.

After three weeks we have already noticed a difference in Dizzy. It is still going to be a long road but with Fran's help and knowledge we should get there in the end!
