We have had a rescue German Shepherd for five weeks, walking her was a game of russian roulette with other dogs. Jen came and gave us the first positive advice and we now feel that we are in charge. There was an instant change!

Within a week we could see differences in Marney's behaviour. Although she isn't perfect (yet!) I think she will be a totally different dog in a short space of time.

From the moment Jen arrived, she was thorough, professional and confident. She worked with us for two hours, during which time we saw an enormous change in Sam. Since Jen's visit, he has continued to be calm, obedient and responsive to us. He no longer tries to 'kill' every visitor - the postman, window cleaner etc. We are so happy with the progress we have all made and Sam is now a much calmer, happier dog. I was amazed at how well both dogs took to the training. Jen was a great help and even on the first day we could all see the difference. Me and my family will keep up the training and I believe in no time we will have control. I would like to thank Jen for giving me my dog back and for giving my mum the confidence that she needed with my bouncy dog, Scraps.
