Graham was incredible. Mila is a rescue from Thailand and is just learning to trust people and be comfortable around them. He showed us so many techniques and was so encouraging. He explained everything and answered all of our questions so thoughtfully. We are so excited to continue working with him and so grateful for what he has taught us, although we all still have a long way to go.

Lee came to our house for the very first time today to meet our dog. He was very good on giving us advice and training and was very supportive. He taught us a lot and built our confidence up by telling us that our dog can be trained after we thought it was too late since he isn't a pup. We will continue to do the training on a daily basis and look forward to our next visit from Lee. Very pleased. Thank you Lee

Alex arrived on time he was very easy to talk to and asked us what was the problem with meg he listened then explained what he could do to help us solve the issues he took his time with both me and sue and showed us what to do the 3hrs passed so quick he has left us with all the info on which we went through

Really enjoyed the session with Meg and her owners. Even though they have done really well with all 3 of their dogs, there are sometimes some issues which people struggle to resolve. Although the first session is approx 3 hours it usually flies by for both owner, dog and myself, but in general dogs are listening and behaving better for their owners than before I arrive. Follow support is often important, as although I am good at what I do, we can't always resolve all issues in just 3 hours. Im looking forward to catching up with Meg and the rest of her family in a few weeks.

Gayle, Jim and I would like to thank Ben for his patience with us when he came to help us with our new dog Bertie (10 months old). We have only had him for just over a week!
Ben gave us lots of tips on how to deal with his problems, both in the house and on walks.
The three hours we spent with Ben gave us more confidence which we hope to pass on to Bertie.
We are working on these tips and slowly Bertie is getting better.

An excellent time with Kevin, he listened carefully and took time to understand the concerns we had with our dogs. Very informative and amazed at how effective the techniques he taught us are,
We're quite confident that if we are consistent in applying these that the behaviours we want to change will disappear in a very short time (if they haven't already !!)

lee was excellent. He took the time to go through everything with us and explain the things we had to change to correct hollys behaviour. He was amazing with our dog and we loved the fact that he still wanted to keep Hollys personality and didn't want it to get lost in certain aspects of training and that we can sill give her love and affection but on our terms. after just one session we've seen a big difference already its great.

Angela was brilliant with us and Barney. She gave us advise on what to feed him and nutrition. We had so much fun doing brain games with Barney and are so pleased with how clever he is. I have already recommended Barkbusters to my sister and friends with puppies

We were amazed at how quickly Ben was able to communicate with our little Jack Russell, Carly and how simple the training methods were. Ben was excellent at explaining and demonstrating everything, he even came for a walk with us in the pouring rain and demonstrated the BarkBuster methods. We wanted to cheer when Ben walked Carly past another dog and she didn't Bark!!!!

We have needed to see Jo on several occasions in relation to our Yorkie Buster (a rescue dog) and Pixie our Westipoo. Jo has been brilliant. She taught us techniques to help our Yorkie and also let us know what he was feeling. We are first time dog owners and Jo has taught us where we have been going wrong and what would help our dogs. On this occasion the solution was a t-shirt! Who knew a t-shirt could achieve so much. As a result of Jo's teachings we have a more content Yorkie and a more happy household.

These owners had a lot of issues to deal with. Buster was found tied up at a Bus Station. He is very fearful and had bitten several extended family members. Both himself and Pixie were territorial and barked at all passers by and in the garden. Buster was also very noise sensitive at night, often getting his owner up with his barking. Both dogs have responded really well to training and Busters anxiety has been helped with an anti-anxiety wrap/t shirt. This can give a dog a sense of security and help them cope with stressful situations when used alongside a confidence building training program. Buster has been very fortunate to find a family prepared to help him overcome his fears and enjoy his life with Pixie.
