Angela has been extremely helpful in identifying potential causes of our dogs challenging behaviour. She has spent time with us to devise a plan to improve and alter their behaviour. She has always been patient, enthusiastic and listened to the difficulties we are experiencing. Through her advice we have seen improvements and positive changes occur.

Had the pleasure of meeting Angela as our therapist. Such a lovely lady talked me through all the puppy training, do's and don'ts , very easy to talk to about what I want for my beautiful puppy Grayson and we would achieve this. Very very helpful and time flew by, Grayson loved Angela and did really well and loved the treats she brought. We have already started a few of the things that are on my training plan and I look forward to seeing Angela on our next session in 6 weeks. It's also helpful to know if I need her before I can contact her, excellent service from Angela at Bark Busters from Joss and puppy Grayson

Angela was very patient with ourselves and Tilly on her first visit. Tilly is a rescue dog who is nervous about everything. We got lots of support in fixing boundaries and showing leadership. We are very much looking forward to our second visit in a couple of weeks and making further progress.

As soon as Angela came into our home her attention was focused on Jasper. Angela was so informative, patient and calm throughout the whole of our initial session. I didn't feel rushed at all and Angela made sure I felt confident practising all the exercises we did together before she left. Angela also stayed with us way beyond what I had come to expect. This was massively impressive - she didn't look at the clock once as far as I was aware - her priority was Jasper and my confidence in getting the training process right without her watchful eye! Angela's simple and gentle techniques have meant Jasper has responded immediately and I can still see he will improve. He's a clever dog who is eager to please and I can see his delight when he knows he's done something 'right'! Even a day after Angela's first visit I can see a difference in Jasper which has now made a difference to us - we're all a little calmer and happier walking together. And my son walked him for the first time!! I'm so delighted we have Angela helping us all and we hope we can make her proud in session two next month!! Angela was great with Louie & Harley, two very different behaviours, Louie very Anxious, nervous, timid & lacking confidence, would jump a wall to avoid children etc, scared of meeting people, Harley over confident, strong willed, demanding responses, thinks he's the pack leader, barking at other dogs, people when out on walks, obviously two owners needing a lot of imput & insight to their dogs needs, we found Angela to be very informative & knowledgable, training began the moment Angela arrived, both dogs, on Angela's terms were allowed to meet & greet, it was lovely to see how Louie responded to her. After a lot of time spent going over some basic techniques, which will be continued throughout each day until our next session, both Louie & Harley had a great nights sleep, ready to begin their reprogramming this morning, Louie had a good walk, a little less nervous, Harley had his first walk, without pulling, one bark only when someone walked around a corner, very quickly reassured & continued his walk, two people blocking his access, one bark, moved on without a problem, saw two dogs ahead, distracted very quickly & no issue, what a joyful walk for the first time in 12 months. Both dogs have a lot of work ahead as do their owners, but well worth contacting Angela, looking forward to this journey. Thank you

Monty is a rescue boy and came to me with a whole bunch of issues and after 18months I was still really struggling to make improvements in his behaviour to the point that I had changed the way I was living my life to accommodate his behaviour. Angela showed me that my lack of leadership was making Monty feel more anxious and fearful as he felt he had to protect me all the time and was always trying to dominate me with his challenging behaviour. I have seen a massive improvement in his behaviour over the last month but I acknowledge I have made many mistakes in that time and need to be re-chipped myself! Each day we try the techniques Angela showed us and some days are better than others but I know this is down to my lack of leadership rather than Monty!. Simple little changes in the way I do things have allowed Monty to be far more relaxed around the home - for example covering his crate so that he has a safe place...not allowing him to jump up on the furniture and not allowing him to demand when he gets his food by constantly barking. I still have much work to do but feel confident that with Angela's direction and support Monty and I will have a good relationship where he is relaxed and enjoying a dogs life! I would highly recommend BarkBusters to those experiencing difficulties with their dog but be prepared to realise it is not necessarily the dog that requires training! Thanks Angela.

Angela came to the house on which she accessed Embers behaviour, then discussed and practiced ongoing training which was explained in ways that are easy to carry out when on our own. very worthwhile experience which we hope to continue. working with Ember to improve her quality of life as well as our own. Angela was very nice and just confirmed what I was thinking was wrong with Ellie but didn't know how to fix. Ellie had anxiety problems. We went through a few things then she met Ellie. I showed Angela her reaction to a couple of household items and within an hour Ellie showed a distinct change in behaviour towards them, with a few treats thrown in! I was amazed at the difference. I'm just sorry I never found her before and I'm looking forward to seeing Ellie the happier and more calmer dog I know she is.

Excellent- Trainer arrived on time. Had a very friendly and warm personality. Had a great insight into helping our dog. Went into great depth explaining what our dog needed. Offered numerous invaluable training tips. Even went out in driving rain. Have recommended her to friends.

The training was excellent I really find it hard to believe that Misty could learn as much In one session as she has done , and that I already feel more confident , I took her out this morning by myself she wasn't perfect but the improvement was so good and I feel we will get so much better she walked nicely , still wants to go to everyone but I managed her , her on lead work was also good I would deffintly recommend Bark Busters

We were not new to owning dogs, our last passed away after 14 wonderful years, but we were at our wits end when we contacted Barkbusters. Our two cockapoo pups had minds of their own, were hyperactive and we felt we were losing the battle. Would we ever have two well behaved dogs? At our first meeting with Angela she had them eating out of her hand in no time! She suggested a change of diet, which had an almost immediate calming effect,and with a few simple demonstrations we were able to begin addressing the other issues. After the first session we could finally see a light at the end of the tunnel. It has been hard work and we are not there yet, but we have persevered and are confident they will do us proud. Angela was always available at the end of the phone and never judgemental of our efforts. I only wish we had contacted her earlier.
