I have had border collies for 25 years and Ralph my 11 month year old has been my most challenging. I was at my witts end with his endless issues when I discovered bark busters and was put in touch with Angela my local trainer. Having talked the issues I was having through with Angela everything about Ralph's behaviour started to make sence. I realise I have a lot of work to put in but having the support of Angela who is just a phone call, text, email and visit away for the next 12 months is very reassuring that I have that ongoing support should I need it. I would recommend bark busters to anybody who is having behavioural issues with their dog.

Well, what can I say, We met Angela for the first time yesterday, what a fantastic lady she is. Having had lots of rescue dogs, Buddy is our first puppy in over 30 years, he a 9 week old German Shepherd and shall we say..... lively!!!!! Her attention was all for Buddy , who of course took to her straight away, and the puppy training techniques Angela has are brilliant. This lovely very knowledgeable lady gave us tips on doggy nutrition as well. Within a day I can see a positive change in my fluffy bundle of fun and I'm sure, in the weeks and months to come, we are going to have a lovely well trained happy dog. Really looking forward to our next lesson in a few weeks and showing Angela how well Buddy's done.

Angela Young visited us & our home & it became apparent from that moment one of the issues we had, we just never had a name for it!! But barking constantly from visitors coming from the front door to the living room! Angela greeted myself & hubby & took control of the situation with the 3 barking pooches!! Angela then greeted them & explained how she communicated with them, as me & my hubby were still gobsmacked! She explained the reasons why they would not listen to our command as they knew could play us, and I knew we were doing something wrong, but when it was explained it brought realisation what Angela was saying was so true, both Alfie & Ruben were rescued from such a young age and Alfie demands constant attention since he came to us back in 2010, and something I thought we had dealt with realized we hadn't more so when Ruben came to us back in May of this year, he had been a subject of cruel behaviour from young to old, was under fed & showed physical damage to his mouth etc. The issues that Ruben came with was fear when anyone he didn't know came in the house & he growled & barked at them & when he realized they would not hurt him, he settled down. But issues that have followed on is protection over food & items, even over Mollie & Alfie's food, so we discussed this all in depth, to continue to be consistent around meals times, from time Angela came & went 4:5 hours, nothing was rushed & she got us doing things with the pooches, and felt pretty amazing. I have always been in awe when watching certain programmes around pets with issues & thought either wow or bet that took more than the few goes in 1 sitting, but how wrong was I, and Angela showed us something that left me speechless & my husband. She could read our dogs behaviour & ours & highlighted were & what issues were & left us still amazed on how to continue to carry on what she taught us, and have the reassurance that she is there to support us through a process to correct any unwanted behaviour, bloody brilliant. I love Ceaser Milan & how he just gets & corrects, Angela is the female version & I had goosebumps last night when I seen results & even now when I reflect back, my personal assistant came in today & even she has seen results, as we text her last night & told her to ignore dogs when come in & greet us first before the 3 pooches & worked a treat, we were also advised to create a safe place for them to sleep and stop them sleeping on our bed & we started with off bed in their bed last night & took about 20 mins to keep reinforcing & good night sleep by all & stayed in their beds until hubby got up for work, so again amazing, and its with Thanx to Angela Young, who helped achieve things that we knew were issues & needed help to sort. Amazing & would highly recommend this lady, as to what was achieved in 4/5 hours last night has paid off today & will continue with us following her lead & our pooches following our lead, rather than pooches doing what they want when they want, as we let this happen coz we thought we were doing good, but all we did was created a issue for unwanted behaviour. Angela said you are being a leader and putting in boundaries as you would with children. She had a great knowledge & a vast of understanding & we can not thank her enough xx

After our session with Angela I understood that we hadn't been communicating with our dogs in a way that made them see us as top of the pack. Although we have only been training with them for a week or so we can already see a shift in their behaviour . For the first time yesterday I was able to get Bailey ( our dog that escapes the most ) to come back to me using a technique shown to us by Angela . That felt amazing , we now feel we are going to be able to eventually let our dogs off lead without them being in danger by running off. If you're willing to put in the work with the training techniques shown you I truelly believe you can work miracles with any dog. Thank you Angela young & bark busters .

Angela was great. Very easy to talk to & helped to explain why I was having issues with Gizmo. She set tasks to do with him & hopefully now I have been 're-trained' Gizmo & I will be able to enjoy a great time together. Would highly recommend her.

We've just had our third training session for Quinn our 17 mth old Golden doodle. He has progressed well after the first 2 visits but was still getting excited meeting other dogs and visitors. Angela has given us some very useful techniques which had an immediate impact and the best thing is Quinn thought they were fun. She is great with him and our other 2 dogs and I'm sure our feedback in 4 weeks will be very positive. Angela has given us great advice that will help all 3 dogs and provides a friendly approach to the training.

When Angela Young first came to see us Riley, a gorgeous Labrador boy, was just 6 months old and, whilst reasonably well behaved, he suffered separation anxiety and I was also struggling with recall and pulling on the lead. Angela was incredibly patient and talked at length about general behaviours, nutrition etc. Everything Angela said made perfect sense! She gave me tips on reducing Riley's anxiety at being left alone for short periods and on how to correct his pulling whilst on the lead. Angela also had some great tricks up her sleeve to improve recall and distance control that worked like a dream for a few days until Riley got wise. So, on Angela's return we did more work on keeping him more interested in me than being distracted and chasing off after other dogs / people / leaves / litter! Within a few short weeks Riley learned exactly what was expected of him for us both to have fun walks and he is now a happy, healthy boy who is well behaved. He does still have his moments but he is after all still under a year old. I would not hesitate to recommend Angela she has an incredible understanding of dogs and a real empathy with them, Riley responded to her almost immediately on meeting her. In addition to be a super dog trainer, Angela is lovely, easy to get along with, warm and friendly. Whole heartedly recommended.

We are very hopeful that Angela will be able to help us with our dog. On the first visit she spent many hours with us explaining why our dog behaves the way she does and what we need to do to correct it. She is really easy to get on with and is very patient and understanding. I feel comforted that we can sort our problems out and just wish that I had done this sooner! I didn't understand why our dog had these behaviour traits but I do now and with that understanding it is easier to correct it. Her methods are easy to follow and understand and we have already seen a difference in our dog's behaviour. She is calmer and a little more subdued as we take over the leadership! I strongly recommend Angela and if you are having problems with your dog please don't leave it as long as we did before you get the help you need.

Within minutes of meeting Angela she put us at ease and I was confident that she could help us with our issues.The training tips were easy to follow and it was great that the reasons for Ellie's behaviour were explained to us and this made understanding her actions easier.It was obvious that all of us needed re-training.This is only our first week but the response from Ellie is amazing.The training is fun and seeing results immediately is a real confidence booster.I can't praise Angela enough for the way she reassured us that Ellie's issues were common and how she made us realise that our actions were the problem (but in such a nice way that you didn't feel you were being told off).Angela's interaction with Ellie was great to see as she is a nervous dog but at the end of the visit I think she would have gone home with Angela.I would recommend Angela in an instant to anyone and the techniques used work from day one.I can 't wait until the next visit to show off Ellie's good work.

Thank you so much Angela For helping our family. The relationship between Teddy and our family now is adorable. He is such a good boy he gone from being quite a cheeky puppy causing mayhem! To doing as he is told! Sometimes without asking? As soon as I put dinner out he goes on his bed! So cute! Thank you Angela would highly recommend you , your amazing xx

Excellent presentation and discussions. Angela was very tolerant and demonstrated determination to deliver the required training of both the dog and myself as owner. Angela instilled confidence that provided we continue with the training tasks provided we will achieve the target goals.

We met Angela for our first session today and I must admit I was a little bit nervous! From the moment she came into our home she was brilliant! Very helpful and understanding she understood our issues and showed us a few training techniques that were enjoyable both for my dog and myself! We now have a good structured plan in place to help our 2 year old beagle Ruby feel more relaxed and less anxious hopefuly we will soon become her leaders and not the other way around, I look forward to seeing Angela again soon.
