In the space of just over 2 hours Ben had taught us & our dog, how to behave towards each other. A simple process applied as instructed has transformed a very lively strong willed puppy into a well behaved delight. We now feel confident that our canine relationship has improved enormously. Kirsty listened to us and explained everything she was doing to us. Three hours passed so quickly. The difference in our pups is unbelievable.

Liz not only provided new training techniques to work with on our dog, but explained the reasoning behind these techniques, which only made adopting them far easier. She was also incredibly friendly, understanding, and open to questions, which made the whole process feel far less daunting as she guided us through ways to improve our dog walks, his hyperactivity, and where he stands as part of our 'pack' at home, all of which we immediately saw results to within the day. Over the weekend, after she had left, he was already staying off furniture, no longer jumping up at people, and respecting our boundaries. Not only has our dog responded and begun behaving better, but there's an improvement in our relationship, and they seem more fulfilled in their everyday life.

Shauna was really friendly put me at ease straight away, listened and wasn't judgemental at all. We went out with luna who did display the behaviour in question. Shauna worked with me, then observed and coached me implementing the training out with luna. I don't know what wizardry has been done but 6 days on and the behaviour hasn't been displayed since I have also been able to call luna away from other dogs ending playtime, with exercises to do inside the home too my confidence has grown and Luna is letting me decide when home time is! I'm sure there will be blips along the way but I know how to deal with them and Shauna is there if needed

Neil was awesome, Bronte respected him straight away and was in good behaviour. Neil understood the issues we are having and we addressed some of them during our first session and we are practicing these exercises every day.

Highly recommend BarkBusters. Our trainer (Lee) was friendly and approachable, and the training techniques have had a huge impact on our dog (and on us too!). The difference in Poppy is immeasurable, our household is considerably calmer! We gained a real insight into her behaviour, and how to deal with it. The difference in 24 hours was unbelievable!
