After just one session with Alex I can now stop my little boy from barking if he starts and he barks far less than he ever has. I am so pleased with training. My daughter is also making good progress with her puppy. We would recommend Bark Busters and Alex to anybody who is having problems with their dog.

Ralph & Bertie have come on so much following our training days with Alex. Ralph was a particular problem especially off the lead with other dogs. Both dogs were also becoming increasingly difficult to walk on the lead. With the use of Alex's training techniques and the Bark Buster training collar and lead my dog walks have become much less stressful!
The best tip from Alex for me was gaining control in the house first. Being in charge of the dogs in the home makes outside training easier. This really worked for me!
We have just returned from a weekend at the caravan. Ralph and Bert behaved brilliantly! Still some 'Bahing' from me but really happy! Thanks Alex!

Ralph and Bertie's owner makes a really valid point which is the importance of gaining full control of your dogs in the home. When I first met them all and we discussed the history of her little boys and the issues she was having, the majority of issues related to experiences outside the family home. We started work inside where there were no added distractions to ensure she had full focus of both Ralph and Bertie. We built in some basic manners so that both dogs became compliment and respectful when she walked through doorways or went up and down stairs. Once this work had been done she felt far more confident taking them both out and walking quickly became a far more pleasurable experience. I am looking forward to catching up with them all on Monday.

Adequate time was given at the lesson and Alex made sure I fully understood his instructions; whilst he assessed me carry out his instructions. On Alex's arrival it was a mad house; upon him leaving, it was like heaven. He left me feeling confident I could manage the behaviours discussed during the first lesson. Top class instructor.

As I entered the customer's house for the first time, it was a little difficult to hear oneself think with 6 little dogs all barking away excitedly!! Besides the barking, I soon discovered there were a number of issues that we needed to deal with which included some sibling rivalry and a lot of jumping up. Before long we had restored calm in her home and all the dogs were listening to her and were much more focused on their new pack leader. We built in some ground rules and although all of the dogs were used to jumping up on the couches when ever they wanted, they soon all settled together on a comfy blanket on the floor. It was lovely to see. The most surprising thing of all was that before I left the family cat came into the front room for the first time ever due to the fact the room was so much calmer. The owner nearly fell off her seat. I can't wait to return and see how they are all doing.

We had our visit from Angela on Friday and learned so much. Who knew that our little Jack Russell, Milly, had us so well trained! Within the first few hours we were shown and practised techniques to stop the dog jumping up at visitors and attacking the post. 2 days in and Milly is responding well to the training. Thank you Angela.

Milly is the most adorable, intelligent little girl and as her Mum has said, was a very good trainer! It was lovely to see her responding so well to the training. Within the first session she was no longer attacking the post and was able to watch it coming through the letterbox from a distance. It will take time and consistency in the training to completely overcome her attraction to the post and to make her more relaxed and I'm confident that her Mum and Dad will keep practicing all of the training exercises in their plan so that Milly gets the full benefit of her training. Thanks for choosing Bark Busters, I look forward to seeing you and Milly again soon.

I asked for assistance with Scooby as he had a few incidents with other dogs after they had snapped at him, as he is a rescue dog and not getting much information on his past.

Lynn was so great right from the moment she arrived. She was calm and collected and helped me with issues I had and also ones I didnt know I had! She not only gave me tips but showed me how to do it and how to do it effectively. Harley is an excitable puppy that does tend to bite, but within the week, this has decreased. I was a bit worried about using Barkbusters intially because of the price, but I can categorically say she was worth every penny and I loved that she also gave me the tools to use to help with my training. Thanks Lynn!

Neil was lovely and put Pluto and I at ease straight away. He didn't look horrified as I reeled off his 'issues' and assured me all would be well. Pluto is already improving after only a week and seems to enjoy the homework Neil left us!

After trying numerous trainers and group sessions we met with Angela today to solve a number of issues that were happening with our boxer boy. She arrived on time, had great listening skills, understood our issues and now the journey begins. We have chosen the silver service - so having her support over 12 months which gives us peace of mind and also someone to call. She discussed Bark Busters' Techniques and after an hour we started. She showed us what to practice and how to put "rules" in place. We found her very informative and helpful and looking forward to putting the training into day to day practice. A great method that Bark Busters have which is one to one and the package is based around you and your dog. You feel supported and you have the one to one advice and guidance as well as homework to do with your dog. Due to the time Angela spends with you, your dog as well as you, you don't feel an idiot trying different methods. Thank you and looking forward to working with Bark Busters as well as our boy.

One session and calm has been restored in our household. I am amazed how quickly our dogs responded to these simple changes and they are so much more relaxed and happy which makes for a happy household - thanks again Alex

It was so lovely catching up with my own puppy's Mummy and Granny, but boy could these 2 bark when anybody came to the door or entered the house! Within 2 hours of being there we had 2 much calmer and definitely much quieter TT's. Work will be needed to ensure they remain calm and quiet. Timing and consistency is also key to ensuring your dog/s are well behaved. In the case of these 2, I am more than confident that next time we all meet up their constant barking will be a thing of the past.

We contacted Bark Busters because our 1 year old Cocker Spaniel Khaleesi was becoming aggressive towards other dogs and was barking whenever someone came to the house. Angela came and was extremely helpful, we told her the problems we were having and she explained why our dog was behaving the way she was and showed us ways to stop her behaving this way. Angela was very knowledgeable and very good with Khaleesi, who responded very quickly to the training. Since Angela left we have been continuing with the training and are very happy with the results so far, Khaleesi has not showed any aggression towards any dogs since and is a lot better behaved. There is still some work to be done but I'm sure we will get there with Angela's help. We would highly recommend Bark Busters with anyone having problems with their dogs, especially Angela Young.

Firstly I'd like to say how lovely, friendly and easy to get along with Ang was, making us all feel instantly at ease, she was informative and made the things we needed to know about Betty's behaviour easy to understand and make sense.....
She gave us a series of exercises to do and from the off we were amazed at how well they worked!!
We understand that consistency is vital and have put into practice the advice and exercises given and really are amazed at the difference in Betty's behaviour, we've actually enjoyed doing it and think Betty has too!
Can't thank Ang enough ! Absolute star !
