Great service & even better that they are willing to come to our home. Sharon was friendly, professional & listened to our worries and we discussed everything in detail and we were provided with lots of useful information and tips/ideas on training. We were not made to feel at fault or bad dog parents which was very reassuring and we even did a little practice exercise with Sharon which was a success, so overall we are confident that by following the agreed regime we can certainly improve any issues we are having. Follow-up emails to confirm the agreed steps and training plan followed on email as promised, and Sharon has continued to keep in touch over the past few weeks and I have provided updates on any progress (or not!) as promised, so all going well so far.

The first lesson we didn't know what to expect but were impressed with how quickly it seemed to work and how simple techniques seem to have big results

Pre lesson communication was excellent. I knew exactly what to expect. Lynn was patient in understanding Shelley's needs and very explicit, even blunt, in her work to offer help. I was not always immediately receptive, but have stuck at it. She is using the cage every day in the car and appears to have accepted it. Am using calming tablets of longer car journeys and she is noticably less worried. Will keep on at it. Thank you.

Gavin explained reasons Becca was behaving badly when she was on the lead it's early days but I have seen an improvement already now I no how to correct her pulling and biting her lead as I am on holiday with Becca her diet and muzzle training is put on hold until I go home .

Alex was very friendly and clearly very experienced. He got to work straight away and really tried to understand our dog, Bruce. At the end of the session we felt like we'd been armed with tools to help with some of Bruce's more challenging behaviours and we've been working with them successfully since the session. Would definitely recommend Alex.

So far so good. 3 stars on value for money this may change as Milo continues to develop.

Tim was very professional and demonstrated the correction exercises clearly. I am very pleased with how quick these work as Peaches is reacting positively after a few days of training.

It’s so great to be able to have somebody as knowledgeable as Lee helping you to control your dogs behaviour! I thought that our dog sid was unmanageable but with lees help, he is really getting to grips with the training now, Lee explained what had to be done, in a way that made absolute sense, and made sure that you had the hang of it before he left!

To keep this very simple what made my first meeting so brilliant for me, was the end result. I had been given the confidence to train my 21 month old dog. The discussion and questions and answers before the training were straight forward and simple where a lot of detail was provided and given. The trainers gentle but straight forward approach made it easier for me to understand what he was demonstrating and what I needed to do. I had lost my confidence really and felt a bit of a failure with not being able to stop my dogs reactivity. I didn't know I was doing it all wrong and that was after 3 previous trainers. The most simplest of techniques has started to work and I am only on day 2 after the meeting. I am so pleased that I found Bark Busters and already feel stronger and determined to keep this going ...consistency is key which was reinforced to me and I can see why. If this is only day 2 of doing this on my own I know things will get better. Thank you.
