Gina was very friendly and she explained everything very well. She had a very professional approach in the way that she dealt with our concerns and her dealings with our puppy. Alex was really friendly and we made good progress with Reggie (6month old cockapoo boy) within the first hour. By the end of the session, I had several techniques to keep him in check and by the end of the same day, I'd all but managed to stop Reggie jumping up to me. This is an ongoing process, of course, but for one day I'm very pleased. We also did some lead work and this morning Reggie walked for about 20-25 minutes through central Manchester consistently at heel. I thoroughly recommend Alex to anyone needing some help with their dogs.

I love working with first time puppy owners. Some puppies are naturally easier to train than others, but all benefit from simple ground rules. Reggie was already doing really well, but by the time we finished he was walking really well to heel. Can’t wait to catch up with Reggie and his owner in a few weeks.

2 lovely Cockapoos who were generally well behaved, but they had been busy training their owners. My training is really about training the owners rather than their dogs as it is more important they listen to them rather than me. With some simple ground rules, both dogs started to listen better and both walked really well to heel. I’m looking forward catching up with them soon.

We re-homed Rosie at the start of the year and she came with Bark Busters life time support. Shauna helped with a smooth transition of houses along with Crate training, Separation anxiety and recall. The training was individual and tailored to the needs of Rosie, our family and existing dog. The training has resulted us to have a happy dog who knows her boundaries but can enjoy a full and varied life as well as making me feel confident to deal with certain situations.

We are so thankful to Kevin for his help! We initially were unsure as to how our Dachshund Milo would respond to the training being 5 years old but even after our first training session there was a huge difference! Our main issues was his behaviour towards other dogs on our walks (barking and growling) He now walks perfectly to heel on lead and is not fazed by other dogs at all! There is already a massive improvement off lead also with his main focus on my husband and I! Kevin has given us all the tools and advice to keep working on his behaviour and building up his confidence more and more going forward! He's always there to help if/when we need him! What a difference! Thank you so much Kevin for your knowledge and professionalism! Everything was explained and broken down to us in a simple and easy to understand format, meaning we understood why he was behaving this way and when/how to use the corrections.
