Third time lucky. Should have gone to Bark Busters the 1st time round. Been telling everyone about Jo our Trainer, even if they don't have a dog! The training is just what I have been looking for. Jo comes round to your house and spends time with you and your dog and that is great. Don't need to explain a lot as she can see what your dog is like and training is put in place straight away (and done from your own home). Jo makes it so easy. You can ask anything and Jo will help you solve the problem. I was helped with Tips diet which I have had trouble with since I have had him. Thank you Jo. Thank you Bark Busters.

We didn't know what to expect,but after a chat and an explanation to why Bonnie was acting the way she was (trying to be pack leader over the men in the family), we was told she was a frightened little pup who didn't want the responsibility that she had taken on. After a few training tasks set by Jo, it was amazing to see Bonnie react well. We have been doing the tasks for 2 weeks now and Bonnie is no longer pushing past us up and downstairs, she comes when called indoors and from the garden and growling is down to 2-3 times a week rather than countless times per day.

I highly recommend Andy. He is a great dog trainer and changed the way our dog Lexie acts. Lexie was a rescue dog and we took her in as she was ill treated. We love Lexie very much, but unfortunately she lashed out one day and we couldn't control her. We didn't want to give up on Lexie so we gave Bark Busters a call. Andy visited us just two days after our phone call as he was very worried about Lexie. Our dog is now a lot calmer and much more controlled due to our and Andy' hard work. Lexie was very nervous around other dogs and wouldn't stop barking. So Andy kindly brought his own dog around to us. Lexie went crazy and kept on barking, but after 45 minutes Andy had his dog and Lexie playing together like they were best buddies. Thanks a lot Andy for all your help.

Andy has been very kind and informative. He tries to understand Gracie and conveys to us why she is behaving in certain ways. He has been very positive and patient in helping us to get used to having a dog and helping Gracie settle and adapt to us. His advice has always been clear and sensible. I would recommend him highly.

The advise I received from Sharon was very positive and helpful. I realise that I am to ready to tell the dog off and not giving enough praise.

Training was excellent. Great tips for new puppy. I've spoken to Lynn twice since then and again she has been very helpful.

Jemma is already more relaxed when I leave her. She will walk on the lead without pulling unless she she's another dog or cat! She is one recalling on long lead most of the time. After 3 weeks she has made good progress especially as she had no previous training or worn a collar for 5 years.

I'd happily recommend Lynn - she quickly bonded with Luna, explained why she acts the way she does, and showed me how to put corrective actions in in place. In the 24 hours since Lynn's visit, we've made really good progress, I got my first good night's sleep since our pup arrived, which is worth the fee alone! Lynn also gave us tips on walking on the lead and general puppy manners. THANKS!

Over the moon with the instructions given to us by Lee. The actions are a resounding success in our now quiet home. I tried "the word" while walking Paddy this morning when he barked at another dog. IT WORKED!!! Paddy has previously suffered a lot of abuse and anything we can do to give him a calm and happy life is well worth the time and money. THANK YOU LEE AND BARK BUSTERS!!!!

Estelle was very professional and non-judgmental, she explained everything very thoroughly and demonstrated every move. Its only day 4 of the new training but already I can see a difference.

After only one training session, we were amazed at the difference. From a dog that was a nightmare to take for a walk in the morning, to a dog that was so well behaved in the afternoon. Thank You!!

The moment Lynn came through the door her authority and confidence with my dog was very reassuring. it did not take her long to realise that my little treasure was the boss and not me, but within the hour she was able to teach me how to correct the problem. I have not had this problem with other dogs but this chap being very confident or just stubborn decided he did not want to wear his lead any more, but Lynn soon helped me and him see sense. Money well spent, as it was becoming a real problem. Many thanks again
