Really enjoyed are session and Lynn was an excellent teacher

Neil was very thorough and explained everything fully. Very calm and was quietly spoken with the dog. Tilly was quick to respond to the instructions and we were surprised how well she did under Neil’s instructions

Gina was very relatable and put us at ease with lots of helpful suggestions.

Neil made the session both relaxing and enjoyable. It was a hot day so we didn't venture too far and didn't get to witness many of Pips 'quirks' however, given its me that needs to apply some new behaviours, I can work on changes on my part and look forward to the next session with Neil.

After months of being pulled a long the pavements of Barnet our Dobermann can now walk beautifully alongside. Her mouthing has lessened greatly and her jumping up has decreased significantly. This after only a week and our first lesson with Lynn. Lynn simply explained how Mia interpreted those a round her and her environment. It all seemed to make perfect sense and since then we haven’t looked back. I now feel like I know Mia better and can now confidently deal with her behaviour. We were given straightforward instructions and aids to facilitate training, with advice and support just a phone call away. Wish we had used Bark Busters earlier!

This was a really good session. I seem to be learning a lot of things that I didn’t know before which I expected. But I was also provided with written material as well as the face-to-face lesson which is helpful to me. Everything was very clear in terms of what was being done and why. And she was very kind and considerate to all the animals in the house. I’m a bit jealous because she seem to have more control over my dog than I do at the moment. But that’s not surprising. LOL

So far some improvements have been made but only been training for 1 week so far, I’m happy with the service so far

We were very satisfied with our 3 hour first training session with Kirsty. She was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful with our 7 month old cocker spaniel. Kirsty set out a personal training plan for all the family to follow. We put 5 stars for value for money, but feel it is hard to say so early in the process as having paid the gold lifetime package.

Seems to have worked a treat but still long way to go

Over the moon with the results and could not recommend this service enough. Having recently rehomed Charlie, that had lived most of his 2 years in kennels, we were experiencing problems with him showing territorial aggression to neighbours and visitors to our home. Charlie also pulled on the lead to the point that we could barley control him whilst out on walks. We decided that we needed help or we would not be able to keep Charlie. Kirsty came to our home and we saw instant improvements. We were not expecting Charlie to allow Kirsty into the home but her calm and gentle approach eventually won him over. We still have a long way to go with Charlie but every day there is more improvement and we can see that with the skills we have gained we will be able to get Charlie to be the lovely dog that he is in all situations.

Shauna is absolutely superb. Her knowledge and experience of dogs, their behaviours and how to effectively manage them is second to none. We noticed an immediate improvement in our unruly puppy and are confident that with her continued advice and guidance we'll continue to see positive results.
