It was so wonderful to meet Estelle, and it already feels like I’m in safe hands. You can tell she has a great love and respect for all animals, so you can’t ask for anymore in a trainer. Great advice from the get go, she showed me some great information on dog food and gave me some great information on how that impacts their behaviour. So I’ve already made that change. She was great with Finley, and she gave some behavioural tips, which are already making a difference and can’t wait to learn more and take all advice I can.

We were at our wits end with our father and son dachshund pair. Bark bark barking at everything and everyone, pulling at the lead, possessive over food...you name it, we've had it! Having two pups over 2 yrs of social isolation due to covid definitely affected their behaviour. We tried everything we could think of. We used all the training info online, read the Dog Whisperer books, hired a trainer that encouraged the treat training method... to no avail. When we met with Emma we felt thoroughly listened to. She expressed concern and care not judgement. She instilled us with confidence that we would be able to get control over the issues. Just with these two in person training sessions we have had drastic remarkable differences. Our dogs are happier, more comfortable, less anxious and much, much more obedient. We are so much happier too. We look forward to more training sessions. We understand now that as pet owners we must cultivate the best behaviours in ourselves to see results in our pups!

Very pleased with with the lesson and Emma was brilliant, she helped me understand where we were going wrong and already Rosie is improving, in fact she was much improved when Emma left. Can highly recommend her

Having been a dog owner for many years I believed I had a pretty good understanding of how to bring up my dog. After 3 hours with Alex I realised I still had a lot to learn. Alex demonstrated considerable knowledge and understanding of dog behaviour and how to manage it both to improve the confidence of my dog and his happiness. I experienced immediate and very positive changes in my dogs behaviour as I altered the way that I treated him.

We are so impressed with Lynn. Within 10 minutes of meeting our 8 month old puppy, Buster, she had stopped him jumping up at her (I have never managed this). Buster loves jumping up at people (I think he is part kangaroo ????), however, this is an unsociable habit for dogs to have, Lynn showed us how to stop this immediately, when my son in law came to pick my grandson 3 hours after Lynn left, I used the BAHH command + Buster stopped jumping & peeing immediately, amazing! Thank you Lynn

Kevin was friendly, warm, and understanding from the offset. His training techniques are incredibly effective, while being easy to understand and implement into our routine. Our dog has been in charge and Kevin was able to explain why and how, and train US to counter his behavior to what we wanted, so we were able to start seeing all the desired behaviors from our dog by the end of the training session alone. We feel confident that by following his training plan we will see the permanent results we are looking for. The session is worth every penny and I cannot recommend it enough, it was a rewarding experience and gratifying to find a trainer who puts the responsibility and power onto owners for how their dogs develop. While a one-off session may seem worryingly sparse, Kevin covered all of our concerns comfortably in the time we had, and we felt confident that we had all the tools we needed by the end of the lesson, and a lifetime of calls if needed to support us in our training!

First visit we found extremely helpful we are now able to walk with Rosie without her wondering left to right. Shauna left us with some very useful tips / homework and we are looking forward to our next appointment walk to help her with socialisation.

Brilliant training session with Kevin and Bruno. We were shocked and supprised at the immediate results in our Romanian rescue Perdita. She responded well to the training and it has given us new hope for a beautiful future with our dog. Cant recommend highly enough.
