I was very nervous about the training at first but Kevin put us at ease and quickly made us realise that we had made the right decision to call for help with Max. We were having problems with Max being aggressive with strangers, especially at the door and being overprotective with me. He also had issues with recall and pulling on the lead. Kevin showed us how to encourage Max to look at us as pack leaders, relax more and listen to us. Within a very short time Max calmed down, listened and looked to us for direction. Sharon has advised us on several issues we had regarding Jaspers behaviour, Including nervousness, barking at visitors and walking on the lead. Training is a work in progress but Sharons advice and training techniques have been fantastic. We noticed immediate difference. Sharon taught us (and Cassie) how to walk without being dragged along.She advised us on the type of harness and lead that we needed to buy. She also addressed the problem of continuous barking in the car and showed us how to make a start on this problem. She was very patient and reassuring and gave us confidence that this rescue dog would eventually overcome her problems.

We are both following instructions as Sharon, recommended ignoring all attention seeking. I am putting him in his room after a walk so he can have his own time, like Sharon said, there is a lot of barking as he is tryig different things. Also we have changed his food as recommended. Sharon spotted Pip's faults quite quickly and if we follow Sharon's instructions we will get there.

Pip is a rather handsome Border Collie, he is very well trained however his owners in their eagerness to train him and ensure he wasn't bored, didn't teach him to settle/switch off once his work was done, consequently he is always focused on them and wants to do things so we have put in place some rules for interaction and over time Pip will learn to settle and enjoy relaxing.

Lynn has just left having spent 4 hours with us and our 2 dogs, and I am thrilled with the training.
