Lynn was very professional and bonded very quickly with Muggle. She provided a lot of useful advice and nutrition tips. The presentational slides were useful in providing an insight into the world from a puppy's point of view and allowed us to adapt our home (slightly) better for his needs. The reassurance that Lynn is always contactable should further problems arise was brilliant and we would recommend Bark Busters to anyone with a naughty pup!

It's no exaggeration to say you changed my life! I had to leave my lovely Archie in a cage every time I left the house as he had separation anxiety and chewed everything he could get hold off, leaving it in the hall for me. After just a couple of hours with you and some really useful ideas, no destructo-dog action for over 3 months since you came and no guilt for me!!

Firstly I would like to apologise for the delay in providing feedback. Alex came to see us both back April. He explained how and why the training work which was really interesting. She is my first dog and I wanted to get things right. Ever since the first session I have had a well behaved little girl who responded really to the training techniques - I am so pleased. I also love the fact that I know I can contact Alex at any time during the 12 months and he will come back and see me but to be honest I don't think it will be necessary.

I didn't intend on getting a dog, however having lived on my own now for some time I thought a dog would provide good company and somebody to go walking with. He is a lovely dog in the home but was a bit of a nightmare when I took him out walking. He pulled like a steam train due to his size and would lunge at certain dogs. Alex showed me what I needed to do which has worked really well. Simple but effective techniques and his Bark Buster collar is excellent. I now have control over my dog when I take him for walks and we walk for miles every day. Although i am now happy with his behaviour on the lead Alex still comes back to go walking with us both which I really appreciate. Thank you Alex

Jacquie made us feel relaxed even though Ralph kept barking at her to start with. She explained things very well and we learnt a lot from what she told us. There was improvement with Ralph by the time she left. We have changed his diet to raw meat, he seems calmer now, We still need to work more on the barking when people come to the house and to be able to get him to the vet for Castration.

A really helpful session which enabled me to see how living without consistent boundaries has created an over anxious and excitable dog. Lynn was able to show me how to begin correcting Ruby's behaviour nd expressed on me the need to keep going over the excersizes repeatedly. I am looking forward to our next session and to reporting on the progress we have both made.

We are absolutely made up with the progress after just one session. Sharon was brilliant and took her time to explain everything clearly. We feel very confident with our training program and can't wait to build a happier future with our dogs knowing we are in control. I would highly recommend Sharon to anyone.

we are really pleased with the training we received to day for our rescue puppy ben. He has helped us put in place training strategy that will make our confused anxious little dog grow into a well trained happy little fellow. Kevin is really great to work with made us feel so relaxed .He want's the best for you and your dog . He's just great I highly recommend kevin and bark busters. If you wont the best for your dog your on to a winner with kevin.

By the time Alex had finished the first session I could already see an improvement in our dog. He is so much calmer!!

Initially I wasn't sure where to start once we had finished talking about the behavioural issues and the training techniques, as her dog was so vocal and hyper, however by the end of the first session I could already see a big improvement - her dog was so much calmer. Two weeks later I went back to see how they were all getting on and even I was blown away with how calm he was. This is why I love my job!

Was really pleased with the service that we received. Lee was very knowledgable and helped us to see where we were going wrong. We was astounded. The effect it had on belle was immediate and it was like we had a new dog in the house. I would recommend barkbusters to anyone and my daughter has also found a bark buster trainer in the Blackpool area.

Although Chester is a lovely natured dog with no particular problems,
we just felt we needed some guidance to help us achieve his full potential. Jo was very helpful and left us some good routines to be working with. We haven't called Jo back yet but it is good to know the option is there if we felt we needed it.

Chester is a really beautiful looking Rhodesian Ridgeback. His owners had had two Ridgebacks previously and the older dog had demanded a lot of their time and attention particularly when her health was failing, so they felt they had not given Chester the time he deserved while she was still with them. Chester absolutely loved having one to one attention from his owners and was really eager to please and keen to learn new things. It was lovely to see him bouncing around and enjoying himself. Chester is capable of going onto advanced obedience and I am looking forward to spending further quality time with him and his owners.
