Wow, Gina was great. She understood the problems, and helped us through a few lessons, which Dexter learnt very quickly, we will be taking things slowly, and look forward to Gina's return for the next steps. We thought Dexter was aggressive and howled because of separation anxiety. Turned out that it is nervous aggressive, and the howling is for attention, what did we know!!

Very informative on dog behaviour pointing out things we say from the dogs perspective, as to why we don't get the right response. Brilliant at showing us the correct command, although it doesn't work as well for us as yet. Can see a small change in him in only one session. Brilliant lady.

After Alex's instructions my wife and I both feel that, with his guidance,we will be able to train Jake into the dog we want. From the outset we were able to see a change in Jake, who is a 4 months old Lakeland Terrier.We know it's not going to be easy but we are committed to following Alex's suggestions and feel able to cope. It's good to know we can contact him at any time should we need help.

Very professional,well pleased

After reading reviews of Angela's training, I was confident that she would be able to help us with our dominant GSD, Inka. I was right. After struggling through, blinded and frustrated by differing opinions, Angela gave us wonderful advice, super tips and most important of all, confidence. Our 9 month old GSD was turning into a 'diva' in every sense of the word and she was turning into a barking menace when out in public. Angela was so calm and understanding, in no time at all we felt more confident and positive about what lay ahead. She spent over 3 hours with us talking through all the things we needed to do to restructure our pack and the information and tips she gave made so much sense; we only wish we'd found you sooner. We are so looking forward to seeing Inka's progress develop over the next few weeks. Thank you so much, Angela!

Monty is a Newfoundland x St Bernard, a very big powerful fella, so, initially Lynn was concerned this type of training may not be suitable due to the difficulty of physically restraining the dog if he decided he wanted to be elsewhere. We need not have worried. From the first moment we stepped from the house and began the lesson it was obvious Monty would respond. Within moments Lynn had Monty walking beside her without pulling, all using simple voice commands and praise. When meeting other dogs enroute to the park area Lynn had him passing them without the usual bouncing and pulling. Lynn demonstrated the techniques we needed to help Monty understand who is in charge, and what we want him to do. Going out for walks is now a real pleasure, we are much more relaxed and do not fear meeting other dogs. Monty is much more content and a real pleasure to be out with.

Kevin was incredible. He helped with every aspect i mentioned that I had a problem with. He was very patient and was happy to repeat anything. I felt so confident when he left and it was lovely to know that if i get any problems i can just contact him again over email and he will call me. I learnt so much and this has helped with day to day life. Thank you so much.
