We had the pleasure of Angie coming to tame our new wild child Skye - she a rescue who had been through 4 previous homes before coming to us at 9 months old - Angie worked wonders with her in just the first hour - she an absolute natural who connects instantly with dogs and owners - still amazed at the progress in just one session. Kevin was brilliant,he gave us clear instructions on how to combat the issues that Herbie has. We were surprised and delighted that by the end of the session Herbie's behaviour had improved so much that Kevin was able to bring Russell his dog into our lounge, something we thought would never happen.

Our first session with Sharon went very well and I felt she diagnosed the issues with our dogs quickly . As well as discussing the theory behind the training methods we were going to use, she incorporated several practical exercises to address the problems she had identified, and left us with written instructions so that we would be able to do these ourselves between sessions with her. The dogs responded very well and I am confident that we will see improvements soon.

Gina identified the problems and demonstrated the techniques needed to start the training of my dogs on a one to one basis. This was done in a manner that was easy to understand and follow, and gave feedback to me on my attempts right from the start. This ensured that I was getting it right from the start. From the 1st visit both dogs showed an immediate improvement, and practicing became enjoyable to both the dogs and myself. On the second visit a "Wagg Walker" harness was demonstrated . When walking the dogs outside the response was amazing, the dogs were already walking in a more acceptable manner. Each walk is getting better and easier. A remarkable transformation in just 1 week. The dogs are improving each day and are responding to their new regime in a very positive manner. Gina's home training has exceeded my expectations, and I cannot thank her enough. Great training, so easy to follow, and delivered in a very professional and friendly way. Thanks Pat and Dave.

Absolutely brilliant, wish we had known about him earlier. He is a lovely bloke with a fab sense of humour, so patient with the dogs, praised them all the time, and is honest. He was very impressed with our two, and almost instantly stopped Onyx from her obsessive tail chasing. In the past 24hrs, she has had the correction 4 times. Very impressed. A very enjoyable session, both me and my fella, as well as Shayde & Onyx, learnt from Neil. Definately recommend him.

I cannot stress enough how much Angela at Bark Busters Preston has helped me understand and now begin to train my dogs. The results, even after one week, are remarkable! Knowing which training techniques to use and understanding why they work has given me so much more confidence, and the dogs seem more relaxed, I think they are really enjoying the training too!

Well what can I say but, Fantastic! I was at the end of my tether, stressed out, I called Angela from Bark Busters, as a last straw, after I had tried almost everything, to stop our girls from barking. Within minutes of arriving at our home, Angela had astounded me! Her teaching/control methods are so simple but very effective. This was our first lesson, but, already, the girls show an improvement, thanks to Angela, we now know how to stop the barking. My only regret is not calling Bark Busters sooner. Sharon came to visit us on a Thursday evening to help with the training of our little puppy Daisy. If we are honest it was more us that needed the training rather than Daisy. Sharon spent some time getting to know a bit about us and Daisy and then got straight into tackling the issues we were experiencing. She showed us some positive ways to encourage good behaviour and we have now successfully trained Daisy not to jump on the sofa and made a big leap into getting her crate trained. In addition Sharon also took Daisy out for a walk and gave us advice on how to positively encourage her as she is a little nervous walking at night. I find the service provided by Sharon to be perfect for our needs. We felt that we needed help in very specific areas hence contacting bark busters rather than puppy training. This is a service I would highly recommend.

Alex was amazing, very friendly, relaxed and funny. I cannot believe the change in Sox after just one session and he had loads of advice for me and "homework" to carry out ready for the next meeting.

I was so pleased with how the training went today, Sharon is very understanding and I already feel more confident around Molly. All of my concerns were covered and addressed. Lynn has been to assess our dogs today & I am now feeling very positive about the future with them both. Things have become gradually worse with both dogs starting to show aggression to other dogs, general behaviour deteriorating & recall virtually non-existent. We have a long road ahead but will be putting our absolute all into to the programme that Lynn has worked out for us - it was obvious in watching her & practising the training with her guidance today that our dogs CAN and WILL be well behaved. We learnt so much & Lynn was able to guide us without putting us down or making us feel silly or useless. Worth every penny so far & we only started today.

I was at the end of my tether with the our Spaniel puppy, trying to juggle jobs and a child and didn't seem to be able to get Oreo to settle down and listen. Total situation of the puppy running the house and me etc, so I decided I needed help as I was close to giving up and I really didn't want to do that. Graham came round and listened, observed and chatted and started a education regime. I could already see the change in Oreo in these hours and I felt we had turned a corner and with Graham's support and assistance we can do this. Graham was so helpful and calming and basically was the helping hand I needed, I had hit the brick wall and rather than enjoying the puppy it was total stress, 2 weeks on the difference in Oreo can be seen, we still have things to work on but I feel positive now that this can be achieved.
