What a nice fella, had the dog sussed out in seconds. It's like we have got a new dog. Taught us simple tasks which we are keeping up with and the training is working great. Fully recommend Neil to anyone, he's our own personal dog whisperer.

Alex is very friendly and great as a behaviourist! He provided us with many useful information, tips and tricks. He also showed us how to work with our dog so he’s more obedient and confident. We had a great first session and already see some results! Much appreciated!

Estelle was so lovely, she came in and listened to our issues and talked through everything with us. She could see some problems straight away and she talked these through with us. She looked at penny’s diet and helped us get a better nutritious food for her. She has a wealth of experience she was able to share which gives up hope we can help Penny’s aggression around new people. That day we got a write up of a plan to follow. So a 5 star service so far!

Angela was fantastic. She explained things from the dogs point of view - some things I would never have thought about. She was training me, not the dogs! But did it in a calm , sensitive way - without making me feel silly or uncomfortable. Some of the techniques have made an immediate difference, others need more practice. I would highly recommend Kirsty, she was incredibly patient with us and really explained what we needed to do to help Poppy respond to us and the training. Using the word Bah is really effective and has definitely helped along with the other methods we are putting in place. I am so glad we made the decision to do this training as it really has made a difference and having the support from Kirsty has made it all so much easier. From the first call the whole process has been easy, there was communication every step of way and the follow up calls after the session were great and gave me a chance to check I was doing things right.

The advice given by Liz made perfect sense. Liz quickly assessed our needs and gave practical and doable ways forward. She listened to us and made us feel confident in moving forward.

We had Alex come to our home just over a month ago now to help us with our cockapoo Sergio. We needed help with some problems such as boredom whilst we wasn’t home, even after 1 hour 30 min walks per day, getting crazily excited and jumping on people and dogs when coming into our home and lastly pulling on walks especially when he’s seen another dog unable to calm down afterwards. We were unsure how to deal with these problems as Sergio is very clever, so we felt as though he was outdoing us. Alex was a lovely man, very calm and very knowledgeable. Alex taught us so much and it was all so simple and easy to put into place and it’s made a world of difference for us! There are still some minor improvements needed but it’s a marathon not a sprint so we’re still chipping away and hoping everything Alex taught us will soon become second nature to us all. We’ve had great results that’s been noticed by family, friends and daycare so we would highly recommend Alex to anybody needing help.

Communication with Alex has been swift, polite and informative from the outset. Our first lesson with Alex was brilliant - he put us at ease straight away and we learnt so much just from one visit alone. We would highly recommend Alex and we're excited to see our hard work (and Alex's advice!) pay off with our little dog Louie in the near future.

Excellent clear non judgmental communication and delivery gave me hope I could take back control if I persevere
