Well we're do I start? Kevin was very professional, we felt so comfortable as soon as he walked in the door. The results we have seen since Kevin arrived are astonishing and cannot believe how everything worked. It has changed our lives. Thank you!

We were so pleased that Estelle came to our house so she could see Bertie's behaviour first hand. She quickly identified the issues. It was difficult to hear that we had created the problems but we are now better equipped to deal with them. Estelle prioritised the behaviours that we need to address immediately mainly attention seeking, excited jumping and nipping, barging through doors and lead walking. She sent us a training plan the next morning which we are following. We accept that it is early days and it will take hard work, persistence and consistency but with Estelle's help we are confident that Bertie is on the right path and will become a much calmer and better behaved member of our family.

It's been almost 2 weeks since the training and just one visit has made a difference. There's no more lead pulling, Lennie is more calm with continued training and noticed he is less aggressive towards strangers. Alex has been amazing and given some really good advice. Neil was fabulous! He was calming for our two excitable boys. Didn't make us feel bad for the boys behaviour. Gave us practical hints and tips to work on over Christmas and when to get back in touch. So far, I would recommend him to others and have done already.

Lyra responded incredibly well to Neil. Immediate results which we’ve sustained. Very pleased!

The lesson was really good. Shauna was very helpful and explained why my dog was behaving like he was and how what we're going to do is going to fix this. She was very clear and precise but also very friendly and informative and explained how follow up sessions would work and if we had any questions that we could contact her before our next check up

Excellent session with lots of information given to us to work with Ruby. Already we have noticed much better behaviour from Ruby. Estelle was very astute in what she saw and heard and we feel that her lesson plan will help us with Ruby.

Graham has simply amazed us! Our 6 month old GSD is very scared of people and very reactive. Graham was able to quickly calm him and gain his trust and identify his issues quickly. Everything was explained in a simple to understand way and in detail. Graham really knows his stuff! It was useful as it allowed us to understand why certain things worked. We have seen a huge improvement in Ziggy in just the week after our first session and cannot believe what Graham has helped us achieve! We cannot wait to continue working with him!

Not going to bad

Lee was excellent. He quickly identified Millie's problems which is why she barks so much. He spent time discussing her behaviour with us & how we have handled it in the past. He gave us very clear instructions on how to start to resolve this problem. We are looking forward to working with him on future issues.
