Sharon has now visited Diesel and I 3 times, on her first visit I was impressed by her relaxed manner and relieved that she in no way appointed any blame onto myself or my dog for his behaviour problems (he shows nervous aggression toward other dogs). Sharon was here for 3 hours and in that time we discussed reasons for the behaviour and devised an action plan, we went out for a walk where she assessed Diesel and myself and assured me that he was not a 'bad' dog just scared. Since then diesel and I have progressed well although slowly, I know there is no quick fix to this problem. He is building up his confidence, as am I and we're really starting to see a marked improvement. I no longer dread taking him out as I know how to deal with situations as they arise. Sharon is always on hand via e mail to help with any queries between visits and is happy to listen to me if I feel that something is not quite working and we tweak the training until it does. I am extremely happy with and grateful for the help I'm having in getting 'my dog back'. Initially the price seemed expensive but when you consider that most trainers charge £30/hr for one to one and I have Sharon for a year if I need her I now realise that the price I paid is very reasonable.

Kevin was a lovely man,with a great sense of humour,and very easy to talk to,we felt relaxed straight away,with having him in our home.Then poor Kevin,met our dogs!! It was clear to see that he has a genuine feel for dogs,and alot of empathy for owners,as he began to take us through our paces,and it was more a case of myself and my husband being trained.The mistakes we have made,but not once were we made to feel lousy "parents"That terminology sums it up really!!Kevin was reassuring and patient,and was willing to work on anything with us and the dogs,which unfortunatly was most of the checklist on the website!We have a long way to go,but will stay focussed,and know that Kevin is on the end of a phone,should we need him.Thoroughly recomend Kevin as a light at the end of a tunnel,and already are seeing huge improvements,thank you.

Neil was very easy to relate to and was able to give logical exlpainations as to why Jessica had certain behavioural traits. Jessica has several issues that need to be addressed and Neil has shown me methods to help me manage them. Everything he said made sense. I noticed some improvement even during this first visit. I am now very optimistic that, in time, Jessica will be a much calmer and more tolerant dog.

Has been absolutely fantastic. Sharon has been a great help and Theo is like a different dog. He has stopped biting around food and is no longer aggressive. He walks beautifully and we are well on our way to walking him off the lead - something I wouldn't have even considered before. He's changed from a dog I was scared of to a lovely little puppy!

Kevin put us at ease, taking us through the theory and then the practical. Glad to say both us, and poppy found it easy. So far so good out on our own...

Sharon was very thorough with the assessment of Sally, although we are in the early stages of training we are seeing an improvement in Sally's behaviour which we are very pleased with. Having only had the one meeting and lesson with Sharon we feel after getting the professional advice and Sharon's knowledge and understanding of border collies Sally will be a better well behaved dog when Sharon has finished.

We found the training session very informative and helpful. Andy was very good at controlling Shadow and demonstrating and teaching us the same behaviours.

Gaining confidence when out and about. Change of diet recommended by Sharon. Wilson seems to be responding well as I feel more confident when other dogs are close by. I need to spend more time with Archie applying the techniques suggested.

Andy was brilliant. He has a very calm and friendly demeanor and was able to explain the training methods he uses and what we would be covering in the session in uncomplicated language and guide us through each exercise without being condescending when showing us where we were going wrong. He clearly loves dogs and his work as he was genuinely happy when our puppy (and us) got things right

Lee is a pleasure to have in our home. His quiet assertiveness and skills were passed onto Bruno as he was gently assured. Our training was friendly, polite, and effective and after the first session Bruno's bossy attitude was mellowing into a more relaxed state. Instruction is concise and clear and we look forward to our next meeting. Many Thanks Lee!!!

I now have a different dog!!!! After only one session with Lynn, by changing Mimi's diet and showing me how to be boss, she had stopped her bad habits like jumping into the dishwasher when I open it and stealing food. After a VERY short second session Lynn has shown me how to stop her barking when she sees another dog on lead. I now have a happy and relaxed dog. The change is amazing, thanks Lynn.

I enjoyed working with Alex, he is very easy going and I felt comfortable. My Cairn terrier Bobbi was adopted from manchester dogs home in december 2012. Her main problem is aggression towards any new dogs she meets on our walks. She is my fourth dog and I've never experienced this problem before so it came as a shock as she is such a sweetie in many ways. Her behaviour knocked my confidence and though I tried not to be, I found I was getting anxious on walks which didn't help. I had searched the internet for tips and tried different ways of managing Bobbi, but came to realise I couldn't handle her without some one to one help. Alex reminded me to be 'pack leader' and when he told me about using 'Bah' I was self conscious at first but I knew I'd have to get over it. I find it also deters other dogs off the lead, as well as controlling Bobbi. She used to bark wildly and lunge snapping and growling. Now we can mostly pass by unknown dogs without a problem! Bobbi has lots of off lead time and gets along fine with dogs she knows and she was ok with Alex's dog Max the first time they met. She's still a work in progress and as I'm an early riser we go out around 7am when there a only a few other dog walkers up and about and we all know each other now. I feel much more confident and able to manage situations. Bobbi responds to 'Bah' very well even if she happens to be off lead in the park and an unknown dog appears, she will come back to me instead of charging off to attack. We're still practicing front door work and her barking at the many neighbourhood cats! All in all were happy and Bobbi seems much more content now I'm in charge.
