Although Sharon has only had one contact with Sam and myself I feel that Sam is responding well to the training. Sharon has given me the confidence to be less nervous when visitors visit, by asking visitors to ignore Sam on the lead and praise/reassure and treat him as necessary. We have also been advised to practise door control which has improved so much over the last 2 weeks. I'm so pleased I contacted Bark Busters.

We would just like to thank Kevin for making us feel at ease with the problems we have with our 3 dogs.At no point did he make us feel like bad owners.The training he showed us is very straight forward and giving time and a lot of patience we will get there in the end.Knowing that Kevin is always a phone call away when we need him is a big bonus.We couldn't believe our eyes with the change in our dogs within an hour of Kevin being here showing where we we're going wrong.Many Thanks again Kevin.....Bill,Michelle and Bradley.

Ruby responded well to Neil's training methods. The training is having some effect on Ruby and is still ongoing as Ruby is a very stubborn beagle and is still trying to establish herself as "the boss"

Ruby really likes to push the limits and make her owner's work as hard as possible. Lovely dog with a great personality who is on her way to being the family member they want her to be. Good progress has already with owner getting control, and plans are now in place now to keep Ruby on the right track.

Jo visited us and assessed Archie; she spent a lot of time listening to his story (as he is a rescue dog) and assessing his behaviour. She explained everything very carefully and clearly and helped us to understand why Archie was behaving in certain ways. Eg. following my husband every time he got up. Archie didn't have any knowledge of basic commands and Jo taught us how to get him to stay, leave food/treats, come to his name and lie down. She is going to continue to help us get to grips with his 'aggression' around other dogs.

Archie is a Lurcher who has physical issues that indicate that he spent a lot of his life previously tied up. When I first visited he did not really know how to behave in a home environment as a pet dog. He was suffering from separation anxiety so didn't want to be on his own, but was suspicious of human company and held back from his new owners. It is unlikely he had lived indoors before as he had no basic training. Outside his grasp of dog etiquette was poor. He is nervous and has learned that growling and running at dogs is an effective way to warn other dogs off. Archie responded really well to the techniques demonstrated and they are doing really well with the basics including teaching Archie to come back to them no matter what the distractions. His dog aggression is a work in progress to keep him under control and teach him that other dogs are not a threat and he is already showing a willingness for his owners to make the decisions for him. To take a dog on that has not been a pet before takes time and dedication on the part of the owners as absolutely everything has to be taught from scratch. Archie is fortunate to have such owners.

The training was excellent. Neil made time to listen to the issues and Scooby took to him straight away - as did we. It was heartening to see how quickly Scooby (and his owners) picked things up once Neil had shown us what to do. We realise that it will take some months before Scooby stops being so apprehensive but we are sure that with Neil's help we will all be able to enjoy walks and understand more about what makes Scooby tick.

The dogs responded immediately to Kevin's training, and for the first time I feel optimistic that we may achieve a fairly well behaved pack of dogs. I feel the training techniques are incredible and effective. The lifetime guarantee is reassuring.

Although this was our initial meeting we were given some excellent advice and that alone has helped with not only our puppy's training but ours too. We are having a second session today as I type and we are all looking forward to it, dog included.

After just one session it is already possible to see improvements in my dog's behaviour today. She was [previously] more aggressive with other dogs.
Leadership is [now] more mine then hers and she is becoming less anxious. Andy, the trainer, was excellent with me, with my dog, and so professional that I have already started to spread the word about the wonderful service he has provided for us.
I am so pleased and glad that I keep asking myself why I didn't do it earlier! I'll be sharing this feedback online.

Our First session with Lee showed instant results, upon meeting Lee, Bongo decided to play up and bark his heart out so within the first minutes Lee had to start the training, but sure enough within no time at all bongo was calm and able to be properly assessed.
Lee worked in a very professional but friendly manor and addressed several issues in our session leaving me surprised at the results i was already seeing.
Lee displays great knowledge and techniques and was willing to take the time to find the best approach and to adjust techniques to suit the environment to find what works best for Bongo.
We both look forward to working with Lee in the future towards a happy well rounded dog, Thanks!

Kevin was very informative. He showed us how to deal with lots of different scenarios with our dog. We needed assistance with separation anxiety. Kevin gave us the confidence to use techniques he showed us to address this. He was very encouraging. We thoroughly enjoyed our time working with him. We would defiantly recommend him.
