Bark Busters have saved our dog from being put to sleep - it's that simple! Neil has worked closely with us on a regular basis and we have followed his guidance to the letter. Misty is now part of the pack and knows her place in it. We still have a way to go but we can now do the things we need to do without fear of her attacking - Thank you Neil!!

Lee was very easy to talk to and explained things really well, he gave us the confidence to start the techniques straight away. We noticed an improvement immediately but know that it's going to take a lot of hard work to get it right. We are very happy that we contacted Bark Busters.

Jo was brilliant. She showed us that our puppy could be trained quite easily with the right knowledge. She also showed us that we were at fault in lots of ways and gave us great guidance in how to resolve these issues. Bailey is coming along a treat and whilst it's work in progress, we can see light at the end of the tunnel. Thanks Jo

Bailey is a lovely little Bichon Frieze puppy who has had some health problems which made his issues harder to deal with. He didn't like to be on his own and was very demanding of attention to the point where he would bite his owners if they didn't give in. A lot of work has been done by his owners to make him more confident and settled and he is now very obedient and well behaved. The final issue - still toileting on puppy pads - has had to be put on hold owing to his ill health, but I am confident his owners will do a great job when he is well enough to tackle this.

Neil arrived on time, assessed our situation with our puppy, 2 older dogs and 2 cats and then addressed the Sibling Rivalry, aggression and our home situation generally in a calm and efficient manner. After 3 hours of observation and training Neil left us with some homework / training etc... and re-booked another appointment for two weeks time. Neil is a great chap who knows his stuff and puts it across in a manner that is easy and friendly to the animal owner. Just make sure you have the kettle on!

Lynn was fantastic. She helped us understand where we were going wrong with Maddie. How we were sending mixed messages. She went through each technique thoroughly and showed us exactly what to do each time.She then helped us practice each technique. We really enjoyed our time with Lynn and so did Maddie.

Lee explained clearly what to do and after only one visit we have seen a marked improvement. We have had numerous visitors and although not perfect Sasha is calmer much quicker. We know Lee is at the end of the phone if we need him. Looking forward to his next visit.

The 4 hour course was extremely helpful. Lynn was fantastic and bonded with Tilly very quickly. We learnt a great deal and the lessons have had an immediate and positive effect on her behaviour.. We have adopted her diet recommendations and now look forward to her next visit.

Amazing! Initially I was a bit hesitant about the price - a big out lay just before Christmas BUT I would recommend Bark Busters to anyone. Neil has been great. He has helped us gain control of our dog and have the confidence to let him off the lead to play with other dogs whilst learning the basics. Neil's approach is very laid back but very professional and effective. We have had many times when we wanted to quit but Neil has always been there for support and encouragement either via the phone or a visit to the house. It is great to be able to train in your home environment where the dog is most likely to be difficult. Neil has helped me to see that it is not only the dog that needs training - us parents also need to learn to maximise the results. Thanks you Neil for making the training enjoyable for us all (including Jake). We look forward to continuing training over the next few years. Fantastic value for money!

Neil has an immediate affect when he meets your dog, he has a real affinity with them and brings out the best in the training. Pebbles adores him. The training techniques (our homework) are easy to follow and effective, we are still working through our issues to ensure we have a well rounded developed dog who we can enjoy spending time with. Bark Busters is good value for money and the backup we have received from Neil is outstanding and we are extremely pleased.
