We did not know what to expect but Emma was lovely from the start listening and watching . We had no idea how a good diet could change Zela from a pacing nervous hyper dog to a much more relaxed dog, within a few days. The growl works so well we have used it out walking and she now drops the ball which she would not do. She has not chewed anything up in over 2 weeks and the cushions are not outside either. We are working on getting her to come in the house and door control .

Start to finish, Kevin was friendly and professional. He first went through a presentation which was very helpful and then on to practice doggie parenting! Alfie responded really well to the training and we were soon able to take him out also with Kevin and practice in public when walking. This is where we met Bruno, Kevin's gorgeous and very well behaved Doberman who made very good friends with Alfie. Since Kevin's visit we have continued with the advised training of Alfie and we can now sit in a cafe without him barking and being a nuisance as well as stopping him from barking and constantly whining in the house. fantastic results! Emma was amazing! She came into our home and met with myself and Pongo. Emma helped to identify and address issues that we were having in the home - some of which I hadn't realised and straight away gave me the tools to change things. I also changed Pongos diet with Emma's help and advice and seen massive improvements. I have had a session in walking today and after just one hour I couldn't believe the difference. Having never been able to walk him to heel I have managed that today and with practice I am confident waking will now be a pleasure. Emma is very kind and patient and happily answered all my silly questions!

Working with Emma was absolutely great, after an initial discussion around the issues we were having with our dog, Emma quickly identified the underlying cause of the problems we were having. She then delivered an very informative but concise summary of dogs including communication and relationships, before moving on to some practical exercises whereby we implemented and tested her proposed training technique(s), which had a positive effect immediately. Of course, after her visit it has been important that we continue to consistently follow the techniques (and other guidance she gave us), and practice some of the scenarios we are working on with him, but we have seen a definite improvement in his behaviour after just 2 weeks. It was everything I'd hoped for and more. I had guessed that most of the problems would lie with me; Sharon more or less confirmed this and set about showing me where I was going wrong and how to rectify with some pretty basic training exercises that Charlie actually seems to enjoy. The problem I experience with Charlie is his running up to other dogs barking. Sharon explained that we need to start at the beginning by building up confidence in both of us and mastering his recall.

Lynn was everything and more that I hoped she would be. She told us exactly as it was and spoke firmly in language that we both understood instructing us with exactly what we needed to hear, as painful as it was, it was super effective! Following our first session with Lynn we are shocked with the positive results immediately! The first night, and each night since, both dogs have slept in their bed without a peep from them and while we are still doing our homework with the barking at the door and at stimuluses, and with being left, they are already 75% improved, or should I say we are! I have already recommended Lynn to another 2 dachshund owners in our group who were astounded at the difference in my two after one session! I cannot thank you enough!

Day 2 and the difference in our 2 dogs is amazing. An almost 7 year old and 11 month JRT's were having some sibling rivalry amongst other issues. After a clear presentation and Kevin showing us how to interact positively with the dogs, remarkably the improvement in our dog's behaviour was almost instantaneous. We will continue with the simple training programme as already we have a happier and relaxed household
