Absolutely marvellous.

Shauna is an excellent trainer. Everything she says is easy to understand and I have already noticed an improvement in my dogs behaviour

I only wish that instead of buying copious amounts of toys, treats and beds when I first received my dog that I had found Barkbusters and bought the training right away. Gina has been absolutely brilliant. Very professional, very experienced, insightful, easy to understand and has already, after one session only, give me confidence and my home is much more relaxed. So far, no more being pinned down and feverishly licked, gone is the leg humping, I can now read and message friends in peace. Already things seem to be falling into place nicely with simple behavioural changes on my part. I’m very much looking forward to a more harmonious, happy and healthy relationship with my little dog. I am a first time dog owner and have already recommended Gina to 3 other dog owners.

Kirsty explained what we were going to do in a easy manner that we could understand she also explained Bailey's mindset at the moment and how we are going to change it. The lessons we learned we easy to follow and Bailey is already learning and is improving his behaviour.

Kirsty made us feel relaxed and certainly Harley responded straight away to her commands. We found very quickly, that, Harley worked very well and Kirsty was very patient in explaining all of the aspects of the training that we would be doing. Harley took to the new K9 bridle and is now walking to heel extremely well. She also ignores ( in the main) other dogs and people walking past her. We have also changed her food to increase her protein intake in place of the higher carbohydrates feed she’s been on.

More than I’d even hoped for. Ben left me with things to work on which I absolutely believe we can achieve from day one, my dog responded so well and it is undoubtedly because the strategies Ben was using were the right ones! I feel so positive moving forward and Ben was also so kind and complimentary about my dog now which made me feel 100% better about our starting point too!

Ben was great - super calm, clear and just all round easy to get along with which is a bonus when you're spending hours with someone! His tips so far have worked wonders on our dog, and we're really looking forward to working together again. Definitely recommend!

I could not believe the difference in Buddy with his attitude to the door being knocked or opened. He is so much more controlled in these situations now. Lead walking is now something I am able to do whereas before it was becoming too dangerous for myself to take Buddy out because of his shear strength. Off lead is a delight,.Baloo is learning not to be aggressive with all other dogs and again makes our walks a lot more pleasurable. I can't thank Kevin enough.It was worth every single penny .

From the minute Shauna entered our home, she was reading Matty's behaviour brilliantly and got the measure of him really quickly, including what WE were doing to prompt the unwanted behaviour. She left us with very clear instructions on how to overcome our challenging, with clear actions and things to practice. We were very impressed and are very confident in Shauna.

We engaged Kirsty because we were concerned about our ten month old lurcher’s prey drive. We have owned several lurchers over the years but never one with such a determined hunting instinct at such a young age, or where our usual recall efforts failed miserably 99/100. We were also finding that she was becoming increasing ‘unruly’ generally: pulling on her lead, demanding affection, siting on furniture (or laps) uninvited, etc. Kirsty enabled us to recognise the patterns in our pup’s behaviour and, via some surprisingly simple but immediately effective exercises, to take back control and to reinstate the proper pack hierarchy. We have been genuinely taken aback by how quickly these changes have taken place (including in our behaviour!) and how much more contented our dog is. Fingers crossed, once we’re confident we have absolute authority domestically, we will be able to transfer this control to the great outdoors.
