Sharon gave very thorough advice with regard to Zara's issues. Within a very short period of time, we had already made some noticeable progress. The next few weeks will be challenging and hopefully rewarding as we continue to build upon the training we were given today. As long as we follow the instructions, and with further tuition from Sharon, we are confident that we will all benefit from this experience.
15th May 2017 - Lynn Prentice
Lynn dealt with Aggression, Barking, Recall, Separation anxiety, Sibling rivalry
Lynn was able to tell us immediately where we were going wrong with Maisie and was able to rectify certain things immediately.
Maisie was responsive and has since continued to respond to our on going training with her.
Having spent the session with Lynn the whole family now feels much more able to deal with Maisie and hopefully have a well trained and confident addition to the family

Kevin was not only professional but also pleasant. He made the training session easy to understand and follow. We were amazed at how quickly Pluto picked things up and the change was remarkable. We were able to follow Kevin's guidance through the training session and with some practice over the coming weeks we should all be able to enjoy life together under the correct hierarchy.
Thank you Kevin, you were amazing.

Jo was brilliant! Very relaxed, which meant I was relaxed. She took time to hear all about Riley and my concerns, and then talked through solutions - always explaining the theory behind what she was suggesting. By the time Jo left at the end of the first session, I had already noticed a change in Riley!! I've been putting in to practice the things I learned, and Riley is improving all the time! Looking forward to learning more from Jo in our next session
Trainer note from Graham
Riley is a young Maltese who barks at people in both the home, the car and when walking outside. His owner is taking him to Center Parcs this summer which has some dog friendly places when booked in advance and is very keen that he behaves himself when on holiday with the family. His behaviour is typical of young animals who get worried and express it by barking. He was very responsive to training and relaxed once his owner let him know what he should and shouldn't do. She has been practicing regularly and we have a further practice session booked in before she goes away with her family.

Lynn was great. We just got our puppy and were a bit overawed by the training. Following a session with Lynn, we were set a clear plan and approach to training, which fitted in with all the family and we saw immediate results.

Estelle is a excellent trainer ! Followed her instructions daily so far and in a week I am already seeing a difference in Teddy's lead walking, more calmer and walking like a little dreamboy. Estelle understood Teddy's problems and showed us some house training which is helping massively, he's more calmer at home. Looking forward to speaking to Estelle Wednesday 17th to provide her with Teddy's progress so far, and to move to the next stage.

We have had 1 visit to date and Jo is great and explained what was essential for us to train Oona well. We do have separation issues with Oona so Jo is going to come to Sue's workplace which is a care home as she is hoping Oona will become a therapy dog there. Jo prepared a clear and concise training programme for us to work on with Oona. Already these are starting to work. Particularly the bell ringing to go out. People are so impressed. Recall has improved but still needs us to work at it. Looking forward to working with Jo and reaping the benefits.

This owner has a Border Terrier puppy. She works in a home for the elderly and it is critical that Oona develops into a well behaved dog. She gets lots of attention when at work and after my first visit she worked out that she could bark to get attention. This is very difficult as ignoring this type of behaviour is the quickest way to solve it, but this is not possible in a work place. We worked on how to redirect Oona on their second visit. She is an exceptionally bright puppy and her owner is making great progress with her.

Neil has been fantastic in helping us settle Fizz our cockerpoo into the household. He made an immediate impact, and has done on each visit. He explains the psychology of dogs really well which itself helps us to better understand why Fizz does what she does. He is calm with Fizz and ensures that have practiced his technique several times before leaving. We opted for the annual package and would highly recommend this approach, as well as Neil as an individual. Overall I dont think we would have made the great progress we have without Neil's advice and coaching. Very happy with the service provided.

Excellent session Angela understood the issues we were having and gave great advice which a week later is making a real difference. She's walking on a lead really well now and we are trying to keep her away from stressful situations. We have also changed her diet completely and she seems a much happier dog as a result. A massive change already.
