Sharon is exceptionally professional and knowledgeable and we thoroughly enjoyed and learned a huge amount during the first session. We spent the first 45 minutes providing Sharon with in-depth details about the dogs and us and what we considered to be the areas of concern and why. Both dogs 'fence-fight' at the gate and the younger dog is reactive to other dogs. Sharon explained to us the dog 'psyche' and it made complete sense when explained by a professional. Both dogs reacted very well to Sharon and were transformed when being handled by her. We spent time learning how to stop the 'boys' door rushing and barking when people approached and entered the house and using games and reward to achieve objectives. We then all went for a walk so that Sharon could monitor how we handled the dogs and what we needed to rectify - quite a lot! We were left with homework and strategies. Two weeks later the 'boys' bark less, don't rush at the door and are beginning to learn that there is an invisible boundary before the gate. Bruno will also walk to heel both on and off the lead. Our next lesson is in a week's time and I believe we are going to work with Samba (the reactive dog) so that Sharon can see his 'body' language when near other dogs. Based on that she will be able to determine the best course of action to help him and of course us. Very enjoyable, productive and positive. Thank you.

i was given advice and a start plan to help me to proceed training with amber. Gina was very helpful to start me in the right direction for amber's needs.

Lee Was excellent, soon Diagnosed the problem and gave me Both Verbal and written instructions to start correction of the problems i was experiencing with my Dog.

Found Sharon to be very understanding to our dogs needs. Found her methods very useful. It's not going to be a quick fix but with us taking on board what we learnt on our first session hopefully we will have 2 well behaved dogs. Sharon didn't rush our first session which was really good.

Fantastic- Alex is very supportive & helpful Has a greater understanding of dogs and the failings of their owners! Very calm and patient and genuinely delighted with my minor sucesses - hard work but very rewarding - am enjoying walking my dogs - strolling calmly and no longer flying down the road on the end of a lead being dragged by a whirling dervish!

Angela's second visit was just what was needed. I have been having problems with Poppy's attitude to next doors dog. Whilst there is no magic solution Angela had some really great strategies for helping with the issues. There is some hard work ahead but I can see light at the end of the tunnel! She was fantastic when teaching me how to help me train Poppy to walk better on the lead(although I am expecting some strange looks when we practice the exercises in the park!). She provided reassurance throughout and it is really great to have her kind of support and of course Poppy thinks she's great. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

We have seen Jo a few times now, and each time she has been very friendly and helpful. The changes in our home, that she first mentioned to us on her first visit, have had a real positive impact on Benny and Stanley's behaviour. On each further visit, we have just needed some advice and help to pinpoint certain issues that were still a bit of a problem, but with Jo's patience and experience, we have put into practice what she has advised and as a result we are all a lot happier! Nothing is too much trouble for Jo, and we know that she is only an email away, should we need her!! Thank you so much Jo.

Tackled problems straight away and Candy is a lot more responsive, and I feel as though I have some control from a highly excitable 11 month old.

I just wanted to write to say a big thank you for helping us with Bruno and Bea. You have given us the support and confidence we need to train the puppies to become well mannered dogs. Knowing that you are there whenever we need your help is invaluable. The Bark busters method is excellent and quick too. Thank you for your patience and kindness. It's a relief to know that when the door bell rings they will behave well!! We are looking forward to taking them out and feeling that we have the control!

All very interesting. All explained well and reasons why training done in certain way. Diet issues were addressed and have changed to more natural foods. She seems much calmer. Main problem jumping up and finger nipping addressed and have been using intervention suggestions which are showing signs of improvement especially at home. Still having some problems when out walking but still early days. Am being consistent and feeling positive. Recall still a bit 50/50.
