Thank you Sharon for your visit yesterday. I took Dora and Poppi out for their morning walkies this morning, on their new leads, and for the first time I was not pulled from pillar to post. They walked by my side for most part of our walk. We have a long way to go, but im sooooo impressed with how they are responding after only one day of training. Looking forward to your next visit and more training techniques. Oh, and thanks for the feeding tips too. They enjoyed their first Meal from the supplier your suggested this morning ïŠ

after a long time of being passed from pillar to post ,there is light at the end of the tunnel,absolutley made up, even after the first session there was a noticeable improvement even on the first night , Sharon was very profesional and easy going, made me feel more confident with dealing with Tans issues ,I would happily recommend her sevices to anyone

Alex was very warm and had a good sense of humor. He put us all at ease straight away.There was a lot of information to take in but it was worth it, as it made sense as the training session moved forward. It didn't take long for me to work out that it was me that was in need of training more than Drew.
I found it quite difficult at first to do some of the commands I was asked to do, but with practice I cannot believe the difference in Drew and myself. I use to get quite stressed on walks with drew now it is a pleasure. would recommend Bark Busters and if you are lucky enough to get Alex you will have fun and learn some pretty clever techniques.

Drew is a lovely dog, but a little nervous, especially out and about. Drew also has an owner who is a little nervous of other dogs, so walks were becoming a little difficult for the pair of them. My training is very much about training the owner to train their dog so that the dog trusts them and feels safe when they are with them. Dogs really do pick up on how we are feeling, so a nervous or anxious owner will frequently result in a nervous or anxious dog. If a dog is nervous when out on a walk I want their default reaction to be stand calmly by their owner, rather than bark or snap. This can sometimes take time, but with consistent training, the results can be very rewarding. I have also spoken to Drew's owner who can't believe the difference in her little boy. There is still some work to be done on walks, but I'm delighted with the progress they have made in just 2 weeks and I can't wait for the next session.

Angela has provided insights into Bonnie and Bailey's behaviour we were previously unaware of . She has provided some great guidance for moving forward with regard to walking them together which has been impossible until now. Thank you Angela!

Graham arrived punctually on both visits. He was courteous, listened well and was clearly knowledgeable. His calm manner was reassuring and effective for both us and our dogs. He was thorough, unhurried and ensured we had a clear idea of how to build on what he had demonstrated and where we could find reliable information on, for example, diet, a helpful lead or harness.
On the second visit he brought one if his own dogs so that we could rehearse how to help our dogs react appropriately to a strange dog.
We were delighted with the whole process from booking the appointment, the paperwork and mostly the interaction with the therapist. Thank you.

Absolutely brilliant so far. Saw a massive difference in our Basset Rigsby before the end of the first session. Both Rigsby and us are already more relaxed and happy to finally be on a path leading to a more content atmosphere at home and out and about.

Delighted with the advice and training to use to help us with our dogs. The training started working before Angela left our house. The dogs are calmer and the barking problem is a lot better. Really cannot thank Angela enough, she spent hours at our house and we can contact her at anytime we need help and support from her. Thanks Angela we would recommend you to anyone with a problem dog.

Lee came at a time when we were finding our new rescue dog very stressfull and we actually felt we had made a mistake taking a rescue dog into our home. Lee was very professional, he talked to us for a considerable amount of time, made his assessment within a few minutes which enables us to see our new dog in a very different light. After our first session we were 100% convinced we had made the right choice and since that session our dog is improving every day. He gave us some excellent pointers on how to deal with different situations from leaving the dog alone to visiting the vets. I cannot recommend his services enough and are looking forward to working with him and our dog Ceaser.

From the very first visit there was an immediate change in my dog's behaviour (or should I say mine).... it was like owning a different dog!
She responded straight away to the new passive leadership techniques Alex taught me and this resulted quite quickly in her overcoming her considerable anxiety when on walks. No longer is she fearful and stressed. We both enjoy long rambling walks now and it is great to see her running around, eager and enthusiastic. Alex's follow up visits have built on the initial training, reinforcing techniques that had slipped (oops), and putting in place new skills to further develop her obedience training. I am now the owner of a well-behaved and well-adjusted little dog, who is a joy to be around. I would thoroughly recommend Alex and the Bark Busters training techniques.

Although I know the techniques we teach our clients work, I still really buzz off how happy customers are after the first session. I also enjoy catching up with them on revisits to see for myself how well both dog and owner are doing in all aspects of their life. My last revisit with these 2 involved a lovely walk with a very well behaved little dog and her owner. This is why I love my job!

The training was very good. The dog was responsive after the first hour. The trainer was very informative and helpful. We were very comfortable in his presence and he soon assessed the way to proceed for the training in the home environment. We have seen a difference in the dogs barking behaviour although this is now a work in progress.
