In the space of just over 2 hours Ben had taught us & our dog, how to behave towards each other. When our new dog Nessa started to make us feel we genuinely needed some external help and advice, initial research left us confused. Did we need a dog trainer or a dog behaviourist? After lengthy research and lots of discussion, we kept circling back to Ben at Barkbusters. We took the plunge and arranged our first session. After that first session we felt that Ben provided everything we expected in terms of behaviour and training. The results were immediate and Ben spent lots of time listening to our individual concerns before teaching us how get the very best out of Nessa in terms of basic behaviour, control and most of all, being able to go for walks whilst while Nessa stayed calmly at heal, ignoring distractions and accepting that during walks, and whilst indoors, we were pack leaders and not her. The changes to our lives, and I must add Nessa's, have been immeasurable. She is now a much happier, calmer, content dog. Ben has always been on hand if we needed advice, and left us with a renewed self confidence that we could do everything he taught us. That more than anything, made all the difference. Excellent 1st visit from Ben, he was calm and put both Billy and myself at ease, easy to follow techniques, cannot believe how quickly we managed Billy to walk well on a lead it is now a pleasure to take him for a walk, the barking is becoming less and looking forward to the next lesson with Ben

Thank goodness for Ben Jordan! We had almost reached desperation point with our two Jack Russell puppies, as despite being a doggy household we were struggling to overcome the multiple training problems we were experiencing. We particularly needed help with their constant barking which was disturbing our neighbours as well as being problematical for us. This attention seeking extended to whenever we were getting ready to go for a walk, the puppies and our older dog would run around barking and were completely out of control as we tried to leave the house. Ben spent a long time with us, really getting to know the dogs and listening to us as we worked through our various concerns. He then started instigating step by step training techniques ensuring we were both confident to use these methods too. We were so pleased to see the dogs responding so well. It didn't stop there as Ben joined us on a walk round the local area, clearly demonstrating the correct way to control the dogs on a loose lead. Since the end of our first lesson we are practising the techniques Ben taught us every day. We are so pleased with the positive response we are getting and the dogs seem so much happier and more settled too. We are looking forward to our next lesson and thoroughly recommend Ben to anyone needing support with their dog.
