Estelle was very professional and effective. She worked out a programme for training all 3 of us - mainly me. The minor problems (such as improper behaviour) have already been sorted! The bigger problems need more work, but I am confident that they will be sorted in a short while. The main reason for contacting Bark Busters was Fiona's hysterical barking at other dogs. This morning we did our usual round with only one bark and a happy, praised dog.

Great, Estelle was very pleasant and professional. Pointing out were I was going wrong and helping me put much needed training in place.

In one word "amazing". I think Estelle sensed how nervous I was and indeed that Bertie, being a rescue French Bulldog, came with a lot of issues as well as an attitude problem. She was very calm and nothing was too much trouble. At the end of our first session she actually had Bertie on a harness/lead which he absolutely hated and refused to accept with me. When she left little did she know she gave me the confidence and tools for both of us to learn together. We are now, after gentle persuading, as advised by Estelle, able to go for a walk with harness and lead for an hour every day and it is absolutely fantastic, something I thought we could never achieve. Estelle was very informative and explained everything in detail. Even though the training was for Gray, she included my other dogs so as to explain why Gray maybe doing certain things he shouldn't. It all made perfect sense and I could see why the older dogs may lead him astray. Estelle left detailed instructions on what to work on before her next visit.

Just delighted with all the information that was provided on our first visit we as a family could clearly see what we were doing wrong. Estelle demonstrated how to help our dogs do the right thing and how we should be reacting to what our dogs were doing. It was definitely an eye opener. We have been putting into practise everything we were advised and we can definitely see some progress. Looking forward to the next couple of week of training and hoping the progress continues.

Estelle was very knowledgeable and helpful. She gave me few techniques to practice with CoCo (excessive barking) Within two days I can see the difference. This gave me confidence to lead CoCo to become a well behaved dog. She is so much calmer and more enjoyable now to take out for a walk. After years of our dogs barking all the time and it becoming unbearable on walks, we asked for help, we have two very different dogs and both their different needs were recognised by the trainer. We was given training instructions to follow which after a week our dogs are already better as we understand why they are acting in that way, along way to go but feel very positive on success. Trainer was very knowledgable and understanding.

Estelle was punctual and very pleasant. She asked what our problems were and addressed each in turn. She left us with homework which we are trying to keep up with and there has been a definite improvement in Toby's behaviour. Sometimes a fresh perspective on problems is a great help in resolving them, and with Estelle's continuing help we are confident of a positive resolution.

Estelle was lovely, friendly and knowledgeable. Dexter warmed to her immediately. Training was amazing, Dexter just soaked everything in like a sponge and he was a very behaved doggie afterwards! Can't recommend Estelle and Bark Busters highly enough! Thank you.

Estelle quickly picked up the dogs personality and got them to wait outside the door after just a few short minutes. . I was very pleased with the results in the house and I have tried to keep it up this week.
