The training went very well not only for the two dogs but for us as owners. We have learnt to communicate with our girls, each of which have separate problems but they have a common issue which is fear. We are both feel more confident when taking them out. Tonight I took both dogs out alone only this time I did not come home feeling extremely stressed, as Sally did not pull me along the road, and I wasn't concerned Shirley was going to lunge at another dog in the street - something she does out of fear. It's a joy to see Shirley off high alert, and enjoying her walk and clearly more relaxed. Oh and people can now knock on my door and speak and come in the house wwithout two dogs barking and growling at them....we have practiced this several times already. Kevin is a lovely man, calm with a lot of patience. Importantly he instills confidence, he has given me a toolkit for life so I can enjoy my dogs and they can enjoy their time with us. Kevin left us detailed but easily understood instructions . We will need to work with the girls as Rome cannot be built in one day, but I am really looking forward to walking them tomorrow.

The training was excellent and has given me the confidence to know I will succeed and have a well behaved dog. The training is set out well on the display sheets. I would recommend Bark Busters to others.

We were extremely happy with the training we got from Kevin. It's almost like we have a new dog! It only took a couple of hours all in all, and we started to see a huge difference. Our dog put up a fight to begin with, but she then started to understand that we're the boss, not her. Training is very simple, yet very effective. Kevin is a very patient trainer, and he made us feel very comfortable. He explained everything very clearly and we have received everything in writing as well. Kevin was really good, very patient and non judgmental. We got instant results for our very reactive border terrier which we couldn't believe and the techniques are easy to understand and execute.

I have to say that the service I recieved from Kevin was nothing short of brilliant. I did not realise that he could get the behaviour of my 8 year old staffy to change so dramatically in such a short time. After sticking to the training regime for the first week or so Keith has become a totally different dog and is a lot more relaxed and happy as a result.

Kevin - what can I say!?!?! You are amazing - I had a few niggly bits that I had with my 14 month old Collie, Noodles, and within the 4 hours you spent with us - they have been nipped in the bud! I was stunned at the instant transformation with him and me. We now have a much better and calmer relationship between us, as it should be! Though Noodles has needed training, I also needed training to train him and you showed/helped me with sincere compassion and respect. Kevin was both professional and understanding, making an instant impact on our dogs' behaviour, even to the extent of being able to accept another dog into our home. He has given us clear instructions on how to proceed with our problems and we have already experienced significant changes on our afternoon walk following the lengthy and detailed session.

We were impressed with the professional, experienced approach from Kevin McDonnell. We liked the fact that the dog was looked at as an individual and that no treats or punishments were recommended in helping correct his behaviour, instead the techniques used were acceptable and effective. We have already noted an improvement in Lincoln's behaviour.
