The moment Lynn came through the door her authority and confidence with my dog was very reassuring. it did not take her long to realise that my little treasure was the boss and not me, but within the hour she was able to teach me how to correct the problem. I have not had this problem with other dogs but this chap being very confident or just stubborn decided he did not want to wear his lead any more, but Lynn soon helped me and him see sense.
