Gavin gave very simple advice and was very professional in his delivery. He took time to explain each instruction and demonstrate as many times as needed. The advice around feeding and impact each nutritional component had on the dogs behaviour was very good. He left us with good advice, but more importantly a very simple set of instructions.

We had our first appointment 1 week ago an I’m starting to see a different in Kota at home. She’s not barking as much at people through the window, she’s still aggressive to other dogs but I know that will get better with time. Gavin was great he made us feel at ease straight away. His methods were easy to follow made a lot is sense. I’m looking forward to our second appointment and hopefully Kota will have made progress with her aggression.
