Excellent. Clear, concise & easy to relate & understand. Kirsty was informative, patient & great with Bob who was a nervous, anxious rescue dog. We all enjoyed the exercises & Bob picked them up very easily. Easy to follow plan in place with follow up arranged plus ongoing support if needed. Kirsty has enabled us to have confidence that we can do what we set out to achieve (to give a permanent home to a 3 year old Rottweiler along with our existing dog). She listened in a non-judgemental way to the techniques we had been bumbling about trying! She enquired what we needed for our individual circumstances and enabled us to take control and be Peggy’s leader. She has already settled enormously and is accepting the new way of life. We have work to do on walks, but we realise that this will be an ongoing commitment on our part. Peggy is a happier dog (so is Doris) and we are much more confident.

Kirsty explained what we were going to do in a easy manner that we could understand she also explained Bailey's mindset at the moment and how we are going to change it. The lessons we learned we easy to follow and Bailey is already learning and is improving his behaviour.

We engaged Kirsty because we were concerned about our ten month old lurcher’s prey drive. We have owned several lurchers over the years but never one with such a determined hunting instinct at such a young age, or where our usual recall efforts failed miserably 99/100. We were also finding that she was becoming increasing ‘unruly’ generally: pulling on her lead, demanding affection, siting on furniture (or laps) uninvited, etc. Kirsty enabled us to recognise the patterns in our pup’s behaviour and, via some surprisingly simple but immediately effective exercises, to take back control and to reinstate the proper pack hierarchy. We have been genuinely taken aback by how quickly these changes have taken place (including in our behaviour!) and how much more contented our dog is. Fingers crossed, once we’re confident we have absolute authority domestically, we will be able to transfer this control to the great outdoors.

Kirsty made us feel relaxed and certainly Harley responded straight away to her commands. We found very quickly, that, Harley worked very well and Kirsty was very patient in explaining all of the aspects of the training that we would be doing. Harley took to the new K9 bridle and is now walking to heel extremely well. She also ignores ( in the main) other dogs and people walking past her. We have also changed her food to increase her protein intake in place of the higher carbohydrates feed she’s been on.

Kirsty was very knowledgeable about all aspects of dog wellbeing and training. Even from just one lesson we are seeing the benefits. Kirsty approached things very methodically and gives you great tips to keep the training going. We have every confidence that she can make our dog /owner relationship much better.

It was a pleasure meeting Kirsty She was very professional, knowledgeable and clearly understands dogs. She was able to explain techniques well and demonstrated them in a way that was accessible and achievable. It was very helpful for her to watch us do the exercises and be corrected as needed. Her approach with Bruno was firm but loving as well which we appreciated. The way she explains techniques etc was so good, we both felt engaged as she 'trained us', we never felt talked down to. At the end of the first lesson both of us felt empowered and enthusiastic to teach our boy to behave better!
