We contacted Bark Busters as a last resort having considered.not being able to keep Maisie due to severe food aggression and very bad recall behaviour. Lynn was able to connect with Maisie from the start and clearly explained the issues to us relating them to the perspective of our 7 month old puppy. She patiently worked with Maisie and us to control and improve the issues and gave a clear training plan for us to work with. Lynn has always been available with good advice and guidance and as a result of her training we are now able to enjoy our normal spirited Springer.

Extremely helpful although I found it hard to take everything in but with the help of the training instructions I am making progress with Daisy. Perhaps two visits to cover what we did on 19/11 and to include more time on recall which I know I am going to need more help from Lynn on. When I phone Lynn after 14 days I will be asking her to return, I think Lynn will be expecting that. Lynn is a very good instructor and I was very happy with the time she spent with us.

Lynn explained every aspect of why Poppy was behaving as she was and how we were exacerbating the situation by letting her think she was looking after us. Once we got the hang of showing her we didn't need her to look after us, she calmed down and went off to her bed. We are steadily increasing the time she can be left alone, she may whinge a bit but not like she was before, screaming, pacing and throwing herself at the gate or door. Lead walking is improving with practice - I take her for a walk now. All the information given is clear and was explained to us. We also changed Poppy on to a natural diet which she absolutely loves. It was a lot of money to pay out in one go but worth it to get the help we needed and to know that we can go back at any time in the next year for more help and advice should we need it.

I learned so much about Alfie and he is like a different dog after only a few days of putting the training into action. The biggest thing for me is he was barking so much and wouldn't sleep in his bed. He doesn't bark anymore, he sleeps in jus own bed and is so much happier. Thank you for letting me enjoying my lovely little dog again after only three hours of training.

Lynn was absolutely brilliant. My partner and i have a lot of bad habits when it comes to our dog Honey, she rules our house. Lynn was very patient though and trained us as well as trained Honey. We're noticing a difference in her behavior already.

Lynn was very professional and took time to understand the underlying reason behind Inca's behaviour. She didn't just offer general training but tailored it to Inca's personality. She identified that some of the behaviour Inca displays is purely her character and shouldn't and can't be changed, but that it's also not negative but simply not what we would ideally like (i.e. we want her to be friendlier to strangers but she's never going to be that sort of dog). Lynn helped us to accept that and tackle the other problems using positive correction techniques and by changing our approach to Inca; improving our passive leadership.

Lynn was very understanding of our and barney's situation. She set up a plan tailored just for barney and not just a general plan. She reassured us that barney can be helped with her guidance.

We had our lesson only a week ago, and so naturally expect there to be ongoing improvements, but currently we are extremely pleased with the methods we have learnt, that are proving extremely effective. There is a clear change, and we are enjoying very much working with Phoebe on this.

The training Lynn gave us was great, it was clear,easy to understand and we could see it how much sense it made from the start Lynn put us at ease and the dogs responded instantly to her, we were confident with what we needed to do when the visit ended Already the dogs are calmer and responding well to the training and new diet The handouts Lynn left with us are really useful and I keep re-reading to ensure I stay on the right track - I would thoroughly recommend bark busters - thank you Lynn from Helen,Alison ...Stanley and Arthur

We thought Lynn was really helpful. She went through every issue we had with our puppy & explained the reasons why our puppy did what he did & where we were going wrong. Lynn was very thorough & showed us how to put right most problems. We are still in the process of teaching our puppy with Lynn's techniques & knowing with much perseverance, we will benefit from it by having a well behaved dog.

Lynn was so great right from the moment she arrived. She was calm and collected and helped me with issues I had and also ones I didnt know I had! She not only gave me tips but showed me how to do it and how to do it effectively. Harley is an excitable puppy that does tend to bite, but within the week, this has decreased. I was a bit worried about using Barkbusters intially because of the price, but I can categorically say she was worth every penny and I loved that she also gave me the tools to use to help with my training. Absolutely incredible - would never have believed such as improvement in such a short time. Lynn explained the reasons why Max behaved as he did and showed us all (the family) how to deal with him. Instead of an anxious dog - he is very relaxed, there is still a way to go with barking - but this has improved immensely. I have taken the Gold life membership as I feel for a young dog (1 year old) it will be well worth it.
