It was a pleasure meeting Kirsty She was very professional, knowledgeable and clearly understands dogs. She was able to explain techniques well and demonstrated them in a way that was accessible and achievable. It was very helpful for her to watch us do the exercises and be corrected as needed. Her approach with Bruno was firm but loving as well which we appreciated. The way she explains techniques etc was so good, we both felt engaged as she 'trained us', we never felt talked down to. At the end of the first lesson both of us felt empowered and enthusiastic to teach our boy to behave better!

Emma was amazing. She explained everything about how dog's communicate and how we as humans need to communicate to our dog. She showed us ho wto put Murphy in his new harness and have him walk at our side. She then gave us effective measures to control when he deviated from our side. Murphy is progressing nicely. His obedience on walks is about 75% better than preciously.
