Emma was amazing. She explained everything about how dog's communicate and how we as humans need to communicate to our dog. She showed us ho wto put Murphy in his new harness and have him walk at our side. She then gave us effective measures to control when he deviated from our side. Murphy is progressing nicely. His obedience on walks is about 75% better than preciously.

Alex is fantastic a what he does its as if he can talk to dogs, honey is only 5 months old now as with help from Alex she's doing what we ask her to do, if you are thinking of a dog trainer, don't think just book Alex you will not be disappointed at the results

Sarah listened to the problems I have with Harvey and she has given me lots of advice to start and address the problem.

It was so good to meet Shauna and after discussing Rosie and her problems, we felt more confident that with Shauna's help we could learn to control Rosie's barking and help her with her socializing. Although we have had several dogs in the past, also looked after other peoples dogs, we have never rescued a foreign dog before. Rosie probably had quite a bad time in the shelter and maybe had to stand up for herself. We also realize that we have a lot to learn as well so hopefully in a while life will be smoother for us all.

Myself and my family were very impressed with the lengthy first session. We learnt a lot about dog behaviour and in particularly the initial steps to help Rocky's future behaviour. We felt at ease and were able to have lots of questions answered thoroughly. Our next steps were clear and we have been practicing them daily since our session. We look forward to the 17th for our next lesson.

Neil was fantastic really helped us understand what our behaviours had on our Dog and how best to change them whilst also teaching us new techniques that Batcher responds too.

Neil was amazing and made us feel reassured we told neil about the separation anxiety that sky has as sky is a rescue dog from Belarus and when we introduced sky to neil she was happy as she loves people neil then done some basic commands with her of which she done without any problem we explained that sky is chewing everything from a tv to flooring and even a Dyson hover and tv stand sky also pees on the couch on my side neil informed us that this is down to her separation anxiety from me and that she is stressing out it's still early days and neil is very hopeful he can stop this neil is amazing and funny as he makes you feel relaxed i would highly recommend bark buster for help with your loving pet

I wasn't sure quite what to expect on the first training day. I feel that I got to explain quite thoroughly what my expectations were and Neil listened patiently and took time to get to know our dog Honey.

Alex Fraser is magic.!!!! Our Border Collie, Guinness, was rehomed from a family that could no longer provide a suitable life for him. He took some time to settle into his new surroundings and our way of life. After 6 months of trying to correct all his problems we had made progress but there were issues that we could not address, even though we have had big dogs in the past. Alex spoke to us by phone, we gave him some background information and he immediately gave us some helpful advice. However, his visit was where the magic happened!! Our main problem was Guinness pulling on the lead as he is a strong dog. Alex demonstrated the correct "Heelwork" technique, ensuring we understood by encouraging us to follow his example. We bought an excellent harness from him, which has proved most effective (we had given up on harnesses having already purchased two, which have now gone to the charity shop!!! ) He also taught us what to do when Guinness reacted to other dogs and how to stop him hurling himself at people visiting the house! After only one week, we see a marked improvement in Guinness's behaviour when walking on the lead. In the house, he is calm and responsive to instructions. We are sure that Alex's invaluable guidance and help will improve ours, and Guinness's, lives. We can now enjoy having Guinness as a lovely companion and look forward to more sessions with Alex to smooth out any further issues.
