The training was excellent. Lee explained everything to us and the reasons why they use the practice they do. We did some work with our pup Alfie helping him to know when to stop barking and also walking to heel in the garden. The effects of Alfie responding to the sound to stop him barking and jumping up have been effective from that day. We sat and watched a programme about dogs and couldn't believe that he sat there and watched it with us quietly instead of jumping up at the tv barking. The postman visits are so much easier now! Thank you Lee!

Shauna is brilliant and explaining thoroughly and assisted in helping me to be in control of my pups barking. Shauna is patient, understanding and totally professional in her approach. A real credit to your organisation.

Lee provided us with excellent advice and training techniques to overcome the excessive barking and other issues.

David made some really sensible suggestions for the problems we are having with Phoebe. We are in the process of implementing them……..some going better than others. David is also very supportive and I feel more confident now that I know there is someone always there to listen to any problems that crop up. That support does make a big difference when you’re not sure whether you’re making things better or worse.

Ben arrived and filled the room .He is tall and imposing and not what I expected . But wow does he understand dogs. I have 2 Daschunds and they are fearless and in control in their own home so they were as surprised as I was when he took control of them and they immediately responded. His technique almost had me sitting on command. After an hour my wife and I were given coping skills that have proven invaluable. I am very impressed and I am not someone who is impressed easily. It was a pleasure to work with him and for him to share his skills and compassion with us. The dogs were impressed as well. I highly recommend him and have to friends with dogs.

Emma was great arrived on time, spent time with myself and my husband going through what training we were looking for before meeting Bert who is a lively 17 month Patterdale terrier! He showed improvement on the first day the new harness I purchased from Emma is brilliant no more pulling when out walking and he is improving on his lead aggression to other dogs, he has also really improved on the jumping up when I come through the door. Thanks to Emma I feel that I have gained control back at home and I feel so much more relaxed when taking Bert out.

I have been having issues with my Kelpador, who leaps to greet and can (from a standing start) jump over 6ft which is impressive but not acceptable. He also dislikes people in hats, tries to dominate some dogs (including dogs who are in their own homes & Merlin is the visitor. I didn't have the skills/understanding to be able to take control of my pack and have a dog that I am happy to take anywhere. Kevin is the nicest man, and very quickly understood Merlin. He explained to me how he was going to give me the tools to enable me to have a better relationship with my dog, one in which we are both happy and in the correct pecking order! The transformation, and it is that, is incredible. We (Merlin and I) have a bit of adjustment to get used to, but we are both going to be able to enjoy so much more together. I cannot recommend Kevin highly enough.
