Absolute game changer. In three hours I went from feeling totally out of control and stressed to feeling hopeful. Our two dogs were proving to be very hard work and the barking was constant. Since Kirsty arrived they have only barked a handful of times. I wish she could move in. She wouldn’t even know the relief I feel or what a difference she has made!

Alex was really friendly and confident with Lady. He immediately put me and my mum at ease and Lady listened to him straight away. The tips he gave us were so useful and we have already seen changes in Lady’s heel work and much less jumping when we come into the room. She’s doing really well and we are so pleased we engaged Alex in helping us. We would definitely recommend him and have already passed on his details to a friend in need!

This was a great session and Lady did really really well! She used to jump up a lot when people entered her home and could bark i when nervous. By the end of the first session Lady started to realise that she didn’t have to worry about people entering her home as it wasn’t her responsibility and she felt safe sitting away from the front door when people came in. Following the first session I have been sent a video of the owners daughter walking her on a loose lead, head in line with toes. She is making amazing progress. Keep up the good work!

Lola is very reactive to anything passing the house. She barks a lot, and seems to be on full alert all the time. We want better for her and already we can see the beginning of change in her behaviour since Lee introduced new techniques. This is the first of a few problems, and I am now confident other issues can be resolved with Lee’s help. He was patient and understanding, both with humans and dog! The information and plan for us to follow was explained clearly and with plenty of practice, and then written up and sent to us as a document straight away. I am looking forward to continuing our work with Lola under Lee’s guidance, and helping her become more relaxed and less anxious.

Our first session with Shauna showed results straight away. We are still work in progress, but my little dog is already less anxious and more playful with other dogs. Shauna also gave me tips on nutrition. We are looking forward to our next session.

Having been recommended to Ben by a couple while on a dog walk, I can honestly say that with his guidance and thorough demonstrations, he has helped us to start enjoying walks with our dog. We had issues with lead pulling especially and this was resolved within half an hour of being outside. Having 1st done some training within the house and property boundaries it was a joy to see that Ben's advice and guidance was quickly showing signs of promise and the results were almost instantaneous. Carrying on with the training we are seeing progress on a daily basis and I couldn't recommend the service Ben provided enough. Thankyou.

Alex was very informative easy to get and very quickly got my dog teddie to trust him which was amazing you could see the difference in his behaviour before Alex left. I am a week in and we have made improvements but still a way to go sure if I stick with the plan and instructions will be able to make teddie a much more relaxed and better behaved dog. Lead control is hard work but he is getting there .

I always need to ensure that we do as much as we can on the initial session without rushing it for the owner, but more importantly rushing it for their dog. Following the session most owners will have some quick wins as some behaviours are easier to improve than others. On the flip side, some behaviours can take a lot longer to fix or improve. It’s important that owners continue to be consistent, so some daily programming so that their dogs respond well when they are calm so that in time the owner can refocus their dog when they become more adrenalised.
