We were very satisfied with our 3 hour first training session with Kirsty. She was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful with our 7 month old cocker spaniel. Kirsty set out a personal training plan for all the family to follow. We put 5 stars for value for money, but feel it is hard to say so early in the process as having paid the gold lifetime package.

Seems to have worked a treat but still long way to go

Over the moon with the results and could not recommend this service enough. Having recently rehomed Charlie, that had lived most of his 2 years in kennels, we were experiencing problems with him showing territorial aggression to neighbours and visitors to our home. Charlie also pulled on the lead to the point that we could barley control him whilst out on walks. We decided that we needed help or we would not be able to keep Charlie. Kirsty came to our home and we saw instant improvements. We were not expecting Charlie to allow Kirsty into the home but her calm and gentle approach eventually won him over. We still have a long way to go with Charlie but every day there is more improvement and we can see that with the skills we have gained we will be able to get Charlie to be the lovely dog that he is in all situations.

Shauna is absolutely superb. Her knowledge and experience of dogs, their behaviours and how to effectively manage them is second to none. We noticed an immediate improvement in our unruly puppy and are confident that with her continued advice and guidance we'll continue to see positive results.

Great service

Jackie was amazing, put us at ease straight away. Her techniques have already done wonders and it's like we have a different dog small changes have made such a difference. Looking forward to the next session where we will focus on reactivity while out walking.

Gavin is well knowledgeable, good to listen to and work with. We have been with him for oly a week but there is signs of improvement.

Kevin was fantastic. From the initial phone call to being in person. The difference within an hour was remarkable. Clear explanations, great guidance and no judging. We are so glad we sent that first email. We look forward to taking our new learned skills forward. Thank you Kevin.

Shauna was a really friendly young lady. After an in depth conversation about my two dogs she introduced herself to them by starting the training right away. I think they were a little confused at first but they soon caught on.She explained everything we should do step by step. We practiced in the house and outside, it was quite impressive how quickly they took notice. On completion of the session I was sent a written confirmation of everything that had happened and what I should continue doing. I was also given contact details if I need help in any way before our next lesson. I am really feeling the benefit.

I have a Parsons JR, Pip, who barked incessantly at any other dog when we were out & about & at the doorbell at home. After Kevin came to work with Pip I now have control of Pips barking for 99.9% of the time both at home & when we are out walking. It works & I would recommend Kevin who was very professional.

I am so glad we decided to have a session with Alex. Ellie is walking so much better and not as reactive when we meet other dogs. We are continuing to work on the techniques that Alex showed us and seeing the benefit on a daily basis. Alex explained everything really well and we were very comfortable with him. We were supplied with information by email to refer to if needed. We would definitely recommend to anyone struggling with their dog's behaviour.

Tim is a miracle worker. My dog Charlie is now acting so much better. Very happy.
