Very happy with the information given and support from Dave. He understood my needs and those of our dogs and was calm and conscientious in his training with us.

Really good, from the first phone call, to emails, to training, I have already gained so much and hope to train my new puppy in a good, kind calm way. I have never had a dog ever before, so everything is new to me, and to be honest, I am clueless. Sharon was great and explained things to me, making it look so easy, it is hard work but I have to be committed. I Have emailed Sharon and she got back to me so quickly, which is great when you need that extra support and encouragement and guidance to say you are doing the right thing. I would definitely recommend Sharon and the training.

Alex was knowledgeable, realistic and honest in his approach. There was no judgement or question of what had been done or not from a training perspective. Alex was able to give simple quick ideas and explanations in order to get the best from Brody. Can't wait to see how he helps get the best from this boy who is clearly cleverer than we thought!

Shauna was very patient and understanding. She showed us a technique to stop our lurcher from barking and it did work and we were impressed. He started off well but I think this is definitely going to be a work in progress. I would recommend Bark Busters.

We felt at ease as soon as Kevin arrived. His knowledge of dog behaviour was spot on, and we soon realised how we had been treating our dogs like humans instead of canines. We were sceptical anything could get our dog Shelby to stop barking, but we saw results almost immediately with the techniques Kevin showed us. We feel empowered and confident. We’ve gone from avoiding going anywhere where we might encounter other dogs, to now being keen to get out there and practice all we have learnt. Very grateful to Kevin for the time he spent with us and our dogs. This will be life changing for our family.

Kevin worked miracles. We had a very timid,scared fearful puppy of 5 months from Romania cross breed. We had him for 4 weeks and were at a loss on how to progress. The puppy did not want to be touched or come out his den.In just 1 session he turned him around completely, so much so we now have a different happy dog. We should have called on Kevin earlier. He literally saved us from returning him to the rescue. We highly recommend Kevin to anyone having behavioural issues with their dog. We will definitely call upon him later as our puppy progresses.

Good communication prior to appointment. David was personable and listened in detail to our concerns about Lily’s behaviour. He explained clearly his findings and the plan of action. He gave a clear verbal direction which was followed up with a comprehensive written plan

I found Ben very professional, knowledgeable and skilled. He put me at my ease straight away and my dogs loved him (always a good indicator). The training methods were effective from the start and I’m confident that in time we will achieve the desired results. I was flabbergasted at how quickly and thoroughly my dogs responded to Ben - he was kind but firm and left them in no doubt as to what he expected. I suffer with a lot of pain in my shoulders and wrists so walking three determined, pulling dogs leaves me unable to move my arms for days after … Ben and I took the dogs out and he recommended ways to stop them pulling and how to prevent Dolly reacting to other dogs whilst out. I couldn’t believe the difference in them even after just 30 minutes or so. I feel optimistic about eventually having three ‘normal’ dogs - it’s when for me now, not if. Ben also advised on ‘games’ for the dogs to stop them becoming bored too quickly while I’m at work - all of which have now been implemented … thanks Ben.
