Estelle was very professional and non-judgmental, she explained everything very thoroughly and demonstrated every move. Its only day 4 of the new training but already I can see a difference.

After only one training session, we were amazed at the difference. From a dog that was a nightmare to take for a walk in the morning, to a dog that was so well behaved in the afternoon. Thank You!!

The moment Lynn came through the door her authority and confidence with my dog was very reassuring. it did not take her long to realise that my little treasure was the boss and not me, but within the hour she was able to teach me how to correct the problem. I have not had this problem with other dogs but this chap being very confident or just stubborn decided he did not want to wear his lead any more, but Lynn soon helped me and him see sense. I already have a dog but never needed a trainer but we rescued Archie and Estelle has taught me new things that when you think about it are common sense but her way of explaining why the dog is behaving like he is is really helpful. Having never had a dog before I never realised how hard it would be to train one. My Pomeranian Marley was a terror, every bad behavioural trait you could expect in a dog he had, aggression, chewing, barking, attention seeking you name it. After my first phone call with Jo I knew she would be exactly what we needed, not only was she experienced she immediately made me feel at ease with her. From our first session Marley was a different dog, everyone who knew him was noticing the difference. Not only had his behaving improved dramatically it was clear to see that he was a happier dog. This is all thanks to Jo. She has shown me that with a few simple changes I can have the loving well behaved dog I thought I was getting in the first place. Thank you Jo

We are very pleased by the assistance given to us by Sharon, we can not thank her enough for what we have experienced and learnt to date, it's excellent. We were amazed at the training Sharon took us through as we could see by Bobby's face it was having an impact on him. It was fantastic to see Bobby responding so positively to Sharon, it also gave us both confidence, and we had lost a lot of confidence with Bobby snapping at us. We have also evolved along with Bobby in the training and I believe my husband and I now understand a lot more than we did. Bobby is going 'great guns', he actually enjoys his training and appears to be a much happier dog, he looks and acts happier. We don't always do it right or catch Bobby quick enough but as Sharon told us, sometimes the moment is lost but not to worry about it. My husband, me and out Bobby dog are now a much happier trio, trust is much better on all parts, it's a pleasure to see Bobby growing in confidence and enjoying himself more. We work on Bobby on a daily basis and whatever we do during the day we still carry on training, just re-enforcing everything we have been taught.

Bark Busters have saved our dog from being put to sleep - it's that simple! Neil has worked closely with us on a regular basis and we have followed his guidance to the letter.
