[Sorry - I don't know what the invoice number is] I had to put in an emergency SOS call to Barkbusters as my psycho Cocker Spaniel was ruling the house and we couldn't manage anymore. Nothing I was doing would have any impact on the dogs behavior. Everything was one big game and my wife and I were at our wits end. Lynn came round and no joke, within 20 minutes was able to demonstrate that we have a well behaved dog, we just need to be able to communicate with him, which we were not doing. We were showed how to talk "doggy language" and the results were remarkable. 4 days on now and we have a much calmer dog, much calmer family and a much calmer home. Don't get me wrong, there is a still a lot of work to be done and we are seeing improvements every day. Thank you Lynn and thank you Barkbusters as you have saved us from parting with our family pet (which was the next step if you had not come and saved us/him). Thanks

Very impressed with the response my dogs gave Lyn. My training is still ongoing and I have achieved quite a lot but still a long way to go.

Lynn was everything and more that I hoped she would be. She told us exactly as it was and spoke firmly in language that we both understood instructing us with exactly what we needed to hear, as painful as it was, it was super effective! Following our first session with Lynn we are shocked with the positive results immediately! The first night, and each night since, both dogs have slept in their bed without a peep from them and while we are still doing our homework with the barking at the door and at stimuluses, and with being left, they are already 75% improved, or should I say we are! I have already recommended Lynn to another 2 dachshund owners in our group who were astounded at the difference in my two after one session! I cannot thank you enough!

Worth every penny and would recommend as a must to anyone who has just brought home a puppy or a new dog - is fantastic for both the dog and owner. I have previously owned dogs, who were good dogs, however, I think if I had used Barkbusters with them life would have been much easier and more enjoyable for both of us - also safer for your pet. So many simple training skills and commands together with sound advice on how to adapt the dog into his new home environment that make a fantastic impact. Training skills I thought would take months to achieve (if ever) are resolved in such a short space of time - some immediately on the first initial visit. I cannot believe how much progress we made in the one visit - amazing training I would strongly recommend if you want to get the best for you and your new companion. Also wish I had know about Barkbusters and Lynn when I had my previous dog as I know they would have made a huge difference to his barking problems and made everyone including my neighbours much happier

Very helpful and reassuring just what we needed as new to owning a puppy . It was great Lynn soon had tuppence taking notice of her and correcting unwanted behaviour. Lynn explained how to do this and a lot more helpful advice .We took Tuppence on her first walk together,this was great as Lynn gave me lots of instrucion  and advice things I hadn't thought about that would help Tuppence and myself on are walks. I know I may need more help with walking in the future but it was a great starting point .

Lynn was amazing!! Really helped my partner and I tackle the typical puppy traits Bo had. She has stopped nipping at me and now respects me! Feels like a very different relationship. Not only was Lynn firm but she was also very caring with Bo. I have since spoken on the phone with Lynn after our session and she was extremely helpful. Couldn't have been happier with Lynn's visit! We saw results with Raven from the very first minute Lynn walked through the door! It was a surprise to us to learn that we were under Raven's thumb ... we've been using positive training and thought we were doing a good job, when actually we've not been providing the right leadership for her. Lynn explained that we were letting Raven dictate terms, so the first thing to do would be to demonstrate we were in charge, then provide correction when Raven exhibited an unwanted behaviour. Right from that first night, we gave a single correction and since then she's been sleeping through without any problems. She's walking much better on lead too, now that we know how to correct her pulling. We're still working on extended separation, but from the very first day we got a consistent 30 minutes and we're steadily building up to an hour ... something undreamt of a week ago! I can't thank Lynn and Bark Busters enough for showing us how to be better puppy parents! It was well worth the money and it's made all our lives so much better.

Really insightful advice and training plan which has already made a dramatic difference between our 2 dogs. Having felt quite bleak about the possibility of resolving the problems between our 2 dogs, I now feel optimistic we can make it work.

Very informative and excellent advice.

Lynn was very good, she spent 3 hours with us finding out about Luna and explaining why she was barking and lunging at people and other dogs. Luna responded well and learnt quickly. Her behaviour improved greatly even in such a short time. Lynn taught us the techniques and left us with detailed instructions to continue daily training.

Really great session from Lynn, giving us loads of advice which has already had a massive impact on Kenny's behaviour.

Lyn was fantastic with proving me with not only training tips for an over excited cocker spaniel but also real time training So looking forward to continuing training programme to make a more balanced dog
