Our 6 year old black lab Teal is still in the bark busters process. We needed help with her anxiety around the house and when confronted with everyday situations such as: putting on her harness, feeding time and going out to do her business. She used to get increadibly stressed to the point where she'd have 'panic attacks' and hyperventilate. Neil has helped us tremendously with this issue and she now handles these situations much better and in a much more relaxed way. She still has her moments but normally a couple of corrections are all it takes to calm her back down. The other issue that she has is that her anxiety can make her aggressive towards other dogs. She would whine, hyperventilate, pull on the lead, growl, chase and pin other dogs to the ground. After Neil's help she is more comfortable around dogs that she knows. She is able to play around other dogs and greets them more calmly than before. She still has an issue with dogs that she has never met before but we are confident that Neil will help us (and Teal) sort this soon so she will no longer feel so threatened when she sees a strange dog out on walks. Over all we feel that Neil has helped Teal (and us!) massively. We look forward to working With him for the next few months to help Teal fully overcome her issue with dogs.

Neil was a great trainer he made me and my dogs feel relaxed and ready to work quickly. He got to know our routines our family dynamics and how the dogs behave together and separately. The work we did was sensible easy to follow and it works. Not a total instant magic wand or miracle but a massive difference in the positive behaviour. I feel I have been given control and my place back in the pecking order. I will practice and do my homework, we are also reassured we have the Bark Busters help any time we feel we have an issue and will be checked in a couple of weeks to assess progress. Initial visit went well. Neil gave us some homework to continue throughout the week until his next visit. Looking forward to next time.

At first contact with the trainer at the doorstep he introduced himself with identification and we preceded into the house whilst observing and taking notice of the border collie and asked what where the problem areas, after consulting with us he began a few exercises with our dog and us, and pointed out ways to correct the problems as well as reassuring us that if we follow these exercises, we will see an improvement in the dog as well as our handling of the situations. we cannot thank the trainer enough for the dedication he as shown to Our Collie and also made us better at dog handling.

We invited Neil as we had concerns that our sibling puppies were getting the best start and not becoming too dependant on each other. Neil was a mind of information and his experience and expertise really put our minds at rest. He highlighted what we wetr getting right and showed us numerous ways to improve our experience with our puppies. He spent time showing us how to interact with our pups and they just loved him and responded really well to his firm but fun approach. We were left knowing that we could contact if we needed help and support which added to our confidence. So glad I made the call.

So we got our cute little basset pops at nine months of age. Gorgeous and well behaved except for a few cheeky traits that we needed to knock out of him. He came from a place where he was simply not trained and there for the pleasure of two small children so when we got him he had a few bad habits x Neil came along and showed us how to address these issues and hes sooooooo much better! Xxx I cant recommend Neil enough. Hes an expert in his field and a lovely guy. It was a pleasure working with him x

Neil was brill with us and the dogs, showed us the techniques that we need to do, really enjoyed working with Neil and looking forward to lt next time.

We've found it invaluable! Great that we've got some real practical solutions and written guidance to help us. Loved the fact that it was training in our local environment. Neil is really supportive but direct too, which we appreciate and need!

I asked for assistance with Scooby as he had a few incidents with other dogs after they had snapped at him, as he is a rescue dog and not getting much information on his past. He is doing really well I am pleased with his progress

Neil was lovely and put Pluto and I at ease straight away. He didn't look horrified as I reeled off his 'issues' and assured me all would be well. Pluto is already improving after only a week and seems to enjoy the homework Neil left us!

Can't believe the difference in my dogs behaviour in such a short time. Neil very patient showing me what to do. Only had two sessions so far but looking forward to completing the course so my dogs can have fun and I can enjoy having two lovely well behaved dogs. Just do as you are taught and have fun. Would recommend the course to anyone.

from our first home visit with Neil I was confident that Ester (jack Russell) my sister & I could work together. Neil understood the problems we had & provided clear precise instruction on how we would work on this over the next year. Ester is not an aggressive dog however she had a fear of other dogs & is quick to warn other dogs away. Throughout our numerous walks Neil would advise us on what to do when the situation arose.
