The first time Neil came out to see Rue they got along like a house on fire! Having had other instructors in the past who have been completely unable to engage with my canines this was the first thing I noticed- my pooches loved him and instantly respected him. Neil then began to observe and listen carefully to our concerns. After some time Neil then picked up a lead and began to show me some exercises or 'games' to do with Rue. We worked on several things including attentiveness, (RUE IS COMPLETELY DEAF, and harder still an energetic pup!) The exercises (despite my scepticism knowing Rue) worked, and I still do them 6 months down the line now- because, they work! (and Rue thinks they're great fun). Neil also works with me to help 'iron out' the creases with my other rescues and has provided me with a wealth of understanding and information that helps me to cope with their issues and general cheekiness, helping me with everyday things such as: Door control (not barging past me to great guests) Jumping up Sibling Rivalry- arguing over bones food affection Recall (with Rue my deaf rescue) Rules of Passive leadership And how to be consistent in all I do!

Neil is brilliant. He is working really well with Rocky. Very impressed with Rocky's progress a 110 percent improvement.

The advice we were given made us feel more comfortable with Busters' supposed problem. We have been consistent in what we do and in the main he is sticking to the rules. Separation is still a problem but we are working on it (one problem at a time). Socialising was a nightmare, Buster would get very agitated when he saw or was approached by other dogs. Following Neil's advice (and a chihuahua barking at him) he has made really good progress and now walks past dogs quite well, occasionally looking back at them.

The 1st appointment with Neil involved an in-depth consultation with me my sister & assessment of Ester. Whilst Ester is displaying some traits of aggression Neil established Ester is obedient very intelligent but appears frightened following a dog bite & neutering. Neil quickly established some training techniques & provided us with homework until our next appointment. Ester did not display any aggression to another dog until approximately 3 or 4 appointments in. Neil quickly took control of the situation & provided sound advice. Whilst my sister & I have seen some improvement it continues to be work in progress, we are yet to address her fear of the vets. Neil also met with our parents & proceeded to set some further rules, we have seen a significant improvement in Ester behaviour whilst in the garden. My sister & I have established a good relationship with Neil, he is friendly approachable & we feel we can seek advice & receive answers to our many numerous questions

Very good ,very worthwhile. Most things sorted out with Toby just one problem left to sort out, aggression when we try to put a lead on Toby as we use to; which I am confident Neil will solve.

I have noticed a significant improvement since Neil started to train, when I say to train I mean me Danny and Paddy the differance shown in all three of us is marvelous. Their grasp of taking commands have improved 10 fold and I found that Neil got a measure of their different characters straight away and wouldn't hesitate in recommending Neil to anyone who enquires about canine needs. So far - so good! Chewee & Obi are responding to the training on the lead and I can see progress. Training will start soon for their aggression towards other dogs - staffies aren't the smartest breed so 1 thing at a time! Each time I have called & left messages my calls have been returned promptly which I am very happy about! Neil is very experienced & has an obvious love for dogs. I feel with persistence & patience I will have two well behaved pets!

Dylan was a rescue dog and was our son and daughter in law's for 4 1/2 years. They now have a baby so we have taken over the care of Dylan. Dylan, although a lovely dog and very intelligent, barked at anything and everything and guarded anything he decided was his. The initial training worked well for a couple of weeks then began to slide. We asked for Neil to come round and he gave us a different method of training. Obviously, like people, dogs are all different and respond to different types of training. The training is working very well and Dylan is a much nicer dog to be with. He is far more relaxed and, generally, responds well to commands. We are now more in control and feeling good. We can see a light at the end of the tunnel thanks to Neil and Bark Busters.

So far we had three visits from Neil and Lucy is responding well,both to him and his training methods.We have great hopes that all her issues will get resolved and Neil is managing to keep our spirits up.

So far so good.... Neil was great with teddy and we just need to expand on it.

We have seen significant improvement in Miyah's behaviour and we have been provided with lots of tips to help us with the training.

Our puppy took to Neil straight away & responded very well. Neil is very calm & explains instructions clearly so we felt confident to carry them out during the week. Neil has very sound advice - along with patience & a good sense of humour!
