Alex was fantastic with our dog Ludo. We have been having some problems with him barking at people in the house and out on walks. Alex did some exercises in the house and then we went on a walk to practice some recall. We are very happy with the tips and advice he gave us and are already seeing an improvement with Ludo's behaviour in our home.

Another great session and both Ludo and his parents did really well! I have worked with a lot of foreign rescue dogs and in the main they are quite nervous and usually more nervous of men than women. It’s always important that we take the initial training session at the dogs pace, to ensure we don’t overwhelm them. Ludo was less anxious than a lot of the rescues I’ve met and he did really well both inside and outside of the home. I’m confident with some consistency he will continue to do better and better. Keep up the good work.

Liz explained everything in easy to understand language, and supervised me while using the techniques she gave me to address the problems. The follow up work she left me was also explained carefully, and written down as an aide-memoire. I was very happy with the whole experience. It has only been a few days since the first visit, but I am already seeing results.

Having had one lesson I am continuing the training as instructed by Shauna using his favourite ball as a reward. In just a few days we have seen an improvement and he is loving the stimulation. We are looking forward to the rest of the training and further improvements. Would highly recommend the service

Alex helped me with my 10 month old Samoyed Kingston who I was really struggling to walk due to some behaviours he was having during the walk such as barking, lunging, biting the lead and re-directing onto us, I was feeling hopeless and wasn’t enjoying the walks at all. Due to having a bad experience with a previous trainer I was nervous about having the consultation with Alex however Alex was Absolutely fantastic, he gave me some advice on inside the house and handled Kingston very well outside considering he was a nightmare. The first session went well. Alex sent over some homework for me to focus on and 3 weeks forward the second session was fantastic! I can now walk Kingston with peace of mind, we have been doing so many fun activities such as hiking and going to the beach and I’ve seen such a massive difference in his behaviour. Inside and outside. I can’t wait for the next sessions going forward. I can’t thank Alex enough for his patience and commitment to work with Kingston he gave us much praise for our hard work and always kept us updated on the next sessions and our homework to improve. Thank you so much for everything Alex I can’t recommend you enough.

He was certainly a challenge to walk on lead for anybody, but with some hard work from his owner he now walks beautifully. He is a young dog and can still have the odd excitable moment, but even when he is excited, there is no more jumping up and mouthing!! Looking forward to catching up with them all to start working on some long lead work to teach him recall. Keep up the good work!!

Tim was with us for 2-2.5 hours during which he took notes of the problems we are having with Max. He discussed methods he recommended to rectify these issues, demonstrating in the house, then again during a walk round our local park. He gave us advice in easy to understand terms, and left us a program, or homework, to get into immediately. This was followed in an email within a couple of days. It’s now been a week, and the training is working. We can see improvements in Max’s behaviour and walking has become an enjoyable experience for everyone. He isn’t perfect yet by any means, but we can see a difference. I would thoroughly recommend Tim as an advisor.

Liz was very helpful with guiding us to help Jet with his issues. We have seen a big change in Jet’s behaviour and he is so much better on the lead, stop barking at us to play all the time, and seeking attention constantly.

Tim arrived on time. He was extremely friendly and polite. His knowledge and experience was immediately apparent. He gave his advice clearly and concisely. He instilled confidence in me to carry out his training programme. The fact that I can contact him at any time is extremely important to me. Follow-up visits are free of charge after the initial payment has been made.

Based on the initial meeting and instruction given i can recommend using Tim. It is a little pricey but what value can you put on helping your dog?
