She broke everything down for us in regards to understanding various behaviours and provided us with written information to go through as well. We addressed the priority concerns and practiced techniques with Sarah, we didn't feel rushed in any way - Sarah made sure we were happy with everything we were practicing and that it all made sense. It was a pleasure meeting Kirsty She was very professional, knowledgeable and clearly understands dogs. She was able to explain techniques well and demonstrated them in a way that was accessible and achievable. It was very helpful for her to watch us do the exercises and be corrected as needed. Her approach with Bruno was firm but loving as well which we appreciated. The way she explains techniques etc was so good, we both felt engaged as she 'trained us', we never felt talked down to. At the end of the first lesson both of us felt empowered and enthusiastic to teach our boy to behave better!
