Gavin is lovely and very thorough and explains everything really well,shows you how to do things and things that are not helping , we've started the training as advised and my dog is doing really well so , he's 18mths so learning well ,lots of advice so thankyou definitely would recommend gavins help

So pleased with Gavins advice today. We started early as have a new puppy and Gavin gave us great starter advice and how to progress with her. I feel more confident now going forward and am looking forward to our next lesson.

Gavin was really kind and understanding of our problem. Our dog is very nervous and he was so mindful of this for the whole session and in everything he put together for our training. He put me at ease and took plenty of time to get to know me, the dog, and our rather stressful situation. It's clear he really cares about dogs and their owners. In the couple of weeks since we met, I've been implementing the techniques he taught me. I am definitely seeing improvements in myself and the dog, and we are making progress each day. We are looking forward to our next session!

It went so much better than we thought it would. Tia is a very nervous dog that we have never been able to have downstairs whilst we had visitors, as she would spend the whole time upstairs barking until they left. Gavin explained to us why she was feeling she needed to do this and how to help her through it. We have already noticed a difference and know that with consistency ,we can do this. It will be baby steps but with the support we feel she will be a happier dog. Thank you.

Gavin was very informative and guided through the plan. He opened our eyes to areas we hadn’t thought of. He provided reassurance on normal puppy behaviours and gave us tips and training tactics for development with a further session booked to help with further needs! So glad we found Gavin!

He was very helpful when showing us how to use the Waggwalker Harness. We can already see some improvement when using the new harness. It was a pleasure working with Gavin.

It was very clear that Gavin cares a lot about pets and pet care. Sharing his knowledge, experience and suggesting small changes to help us has been invaluable. He spent a lot of time with both Finley and me to understand his behaviour and try different techniques to address these. Gavin is very calm and reassuring to Finley. Excellent very professional but approachable. Established good rapport with dogs and gave clear instructions and realistic goals. Gavin understood our particular issues/needs and gave solutions on how to address them

Gavin was amazing. Stayed for 31/4 hours. Asked every little detail about Ecko before he met him, observed him and interacted and really had to think about how to solve our unique problem. I have taken Gavins advice to the letter and within one day the behaviour has changed. I thought my pooch was happy before but I can honestly say I can see he is NOW really happy and so am I. Such simple solutions but ones I would never have realised myself as I had tried everything. Bark busters was a final push to see if I could solve our problem and so far it is working 100% I would recommend Gavin to anyone. A very wise investment for me and my little Ecko 🥰
